What truly got me interested in acting was being able to escape, to escape from my family, school, and most importantly the negitive things happing in my life. Acting has got me out of a really dark place in my life and I want to be able to do that for others, even if it's just for a little bit.
At my school there was this program/ company called B.R.I.D.G.E. where you learn how to act. You write your own plays and everything and on the last day you perform the plays in front of your parents and family, I loved it and decided to sign up again
Acting is just such a great form of art and every time I watch a movie or something like that I'm just amazed how everything fits together and the stories they're telling
when I see actors they just seem to at home like they were born to do this, it's like there no problem in the world that there doing something they love, I also want to be like them, find something that really fits me and I think acting is that.
I'm 22 and I finally started acting classes a few months ago, even though it's something I've wanted to do since I was in elementary school. And I have to honestly say that there's something about this craft that I just refuse to give up. I'm finding myself to be really passionate about it. It's given me such freedom of expression and has built up my confidence in so many ways. I haven't felt this good sober since I was a kid and I think it all has to do with expression and tapping into my creativity again. Don't know if anyone else has ever felt this way.

Everybody thinks I’m crazy when I talk about how important it is to have the essentials, especially at auditions! I can’t even tell you how scared I was after my first audition! I had NOTHING with me except my phone and I struggled😳 But it’s been a couple years and now I carry my acting journal with me everywhere I go! Currently, my high school is doing Mamma Mia! The Musical and the show is only in two months!! It’s so crazy how time flew by! We’ve been rehearsing for about a month now, and I’m almost ready for a new journal😂

What got me interested in acting is just the pure happiness of being myself. I honestly started love acting when I was probably about 6 or 7. It just keeps me extremely happy and stress-free. I also love portraying different characters with different personalities so I can experience all emotions.

I can’t explain how acting I love acting, from a young age it was always my escape from the bad things in world, I was always to scared to try it professional, but at the start of quarantine I decided to push and believe in myself and I started and finished my acting training completely and I’m ready to go to professional auditions.
When you audition show them what's different about you (the way you bring the character to life, display emotions etc) I'm not implying you become someone your not but rather the best version of yourself. REMEMBER: What's for you is for you. What's not for you will prepare you for what is for you. Essentially the journey will prepare you for your destiny. Don't give up!!💞

I got interested in acting in high school. There was this one career preparation class I had to take freshman year, and for one of our assignments, we had to research our dream job. Everyone seemed to know what they wanted to do, but I was so lost. I felt like there were so many things I wanted to do and just so many different lives I wanted to live. Fast forward junior year, I was working in costume crew for the school musical. I remember one day, I was heading back stage to the costume room and got a glimpse of the rehearsal. I don’t know how long I was watching, but I remember wondering what it would be like to be up on stage. I kept having small moments like this that made me intrigued about acting. However, it wasn’t until quarantine started that I finally realized this is what I want to do. I was forced to spend time alone with my thoughts and reevaluate what I want in life. Like I said earlier, there were so many things I wanted to do and lives I wanted to live. Through acting, I can be one person one day and another the next.
I have always been told by my teachers and friends that I should be an actress. Even my bullies. Last year I took all those people's advice and started getting into acting. I am currently learning from you and online acting classes. Soon I will be going to actual classes in a studio, but for now it's just online. I really love acting and want to do it for the rest of my life.

From the moment I started watching shows on Disney Channel, and when I was older and watched shows like Grey's Anatomy or The Vampire Diaries, I knew I wanted to act. I always loved watching the characters show the changes in emotion that we feel in real life, and I've always loved playing different characters. I'm super passionate about acting, and have been taking classes for about a year now. It's truly inspiring to watch your videos and see how you were able to be on shows like Station 19 and Grey's Anatomy! Being on shows like that would be a dream come true for me.
I started acting when I was 6 doing local theatre and performing with my friends, then about a year ago I realized "wow this is such a fun and amazing thing to do". That's when I started going to auditions with only my theatre credits. I got an agent and now i just love acting and I couldn't see myself doing anything else in the future. Doing theatre is so amazing when you step out onto a stage and being with these people who you have been preparing for this moment for months is truly magical. And even though I haven't booked anything on TV yet I can only wait to be doing what I love again with new people and experiencing the magic again. (this was my entry to the competition :))

What got me interested in acting was my father because he always encouraged me to do acting and ever since I did my first film I loved acting ever since.
acting to me is a way to escape, its a really weird feeling but if i'm down I find a script to practice, if i'm bored i will find a monologue! I want to act because i love how acting makes me feel, and i wanna act because i think that acting is a job that makes everything possible.
What got me interested in acting is just the pure happiness of being myself. I honestly started love acting when I was probably about 6 or 7. It just keeps me extremely happy and stress-free. I also love portraying different characters with different personalities so I can experience all emotions.
I've been a dancer my whole life and I always knew I wanted to be in the industry but I wasn't sure how I was going to get into it I started watching a lot of movies that had really deep stories and they brought me up and made me happy I would study the behind the scenes and watch tons of TH-cam videos and read articles once I did that I told my mom I was going to be an actress my mom told me that no one's going to do it for you but you this was really inspiring to me because it has driven me to start my career and I'm so happy and proud to say that I am an actress and your videos have helped me so much so thank you!! Since then I've started a business called Spark with care where portion of every purchase goes to charity I also promote websites where you can make donations or send cute free things to people in need I love to use my platform and me as a person to get back to the world. I can’t explain how acting I love acting, from a young age it was always my escape from the bad things in world, I was always to scared to try it professional, but at the start of quarantine I decided to push and believe in myself and I started and finished my acting training completely and I’m ready to go to professional auditions.
When you audition show them what's different about you (the way you bring the character to life, display emotions etc) I'm not implying you become someone your not but rather the best version of yourself. REMEMBER: What's for you is for you. What's not for you will prepare you for what is for you. Essentially the journey will prepare you for your destiny. Don't give up!!💞

I got interested in acting in high school. There was this one career preparation class I had to take freshman year, and for one of our assignments, we had to research our dream job. Everyone seemed to know what they wanted to do, but I was so lost. I felt like there were so many things I wanted to do and just so many different lives I wanted to live. Fast forward junior year, I was working in costume crew for the school musical. I remember one day, I was heading back stage to the costume room and got a glimpse of the rehearsal. I don’t know how long I was watching, but I remember wondering what it would be like to be up on stage. I kept having small moments like this that made me intrigued about acting. However, it wasn’t until quarantine started that I finally realized this is what I want to do. I was forced to spend time alone with my thoughts and reevaluate what I want in life. Like I said earlier, there were so many things I wanted to do and lives I wanted to live. Through acting, I can be one person one day and another the next.
I have always been told by my teachers and friends that I should be an actress. Even my bullies. Last year I took all those people's advice and started getting into acting. I am currently learning from you and online acting classes. Soon I will be going to actual classes in a studio, but for now it's just online. I really love acting and want to do it for the rest of my life.

acting has always been something ive been in love with. from being the lead in all school plays to memorizing whole scripts from shows by just watching and performing to my family😆! it’s a burning passion...like it’s legit an undying love. id write a huge paragraph trust me but it’s such an amazingly indescribable love & feeling. can’t wait to officially get started, im hoping to begin classes soon even. im sure this’ll be good to have to start

I’ve always been attracted to the performing arts. I always performed at church plays, but I didn’t realize how much I actually loved to act until last year! I did my first ever audition for a school play and I got a part, it was so nerve wrecking, fun, and exhilarating at the same time!!! I am starting to take the time to learn more tips on what to do in auditions so that I can start going to them as soon as possible 😆.

From the moment I started watching shows on Disney Channel, and when I was older and watched shows like Grey's Anatomy or The Vampire Diaries, I knew I wanted to act. I always loved watching the characters show the changes in emotion that we feel in real life, and I've always loved playing different characters. I'm super passionate about acting, and have been taking classes for about a year now. It's truly inspiring to watch your videos and see how you were able to be on shows like Station 19 and Grey's Anatomy! Being on shows like that would be a dream come true for me.
I suck at talking to my parents about anything. So I have no clue how to tell them I wanna be an actress.😬

I started acting when I was 6 doing local theatre and performing with my friends, then about a year ago I realized "wow this is such a fun and amazing thing to do". That's when I started going to auditions with only my theatre credits. I got an agent and now i just love acting and I couldn't see myself doing anything else in the future. Doing theatre is so amazing when you step out onto a stage and being with these people who you have been preparing for this moment for months is truly magical. And even though I haven't booked anything on TV yet I can only wait to be doing what I love again with new people and experiencing the magic again. (this was my entry to the competition :))

What got me interested in acting was my father because he always encouraged me to do acting and ever since I did my first film I loved acting ever since.
acting to me is a way to escape, its a really weird feeling but if i'm down I find a script to practice, if i'm bored i will find a monologue!
