- Hey everyone! In this video I explore the local area around my new airbnb to try find some street food. I found a nice spot that didn't even show up on Google maps but it was in the Ratchada area. Pork and noodles I've had plenty of times but there was some extra stuff in there I've never had before.
Later in the video I also try Jerk Chicken for the first time!

That's radish, fishy taste is from the fish sauce cooked with it. Thai-Vietnamese and Asian cuisine use a lot of fish sauce sometimes with chillies and sometimes palm sugar on it, 5 star powder, cinnamon stick, ginger, basil and other Asian herbs and spices

Hahahaha was an interesting first experience with some of the ingredients.
I prefer eating Italian Mediterranean Spanish european dishes so I like a lot of noodle or pasta dishes with baguettes, sourdough or dark rye pumpernickle bread as it's healthier. I don't drink much alcohol except for occasional red wine or port wine which is why I prefer smoking weed, especially Sativa type weed. It's legal in Canada so I buy the occasional 1 ounce or half an ounce of weed. Sometimes my buddies add some good quality hash with it and we do hits of shatter sometimes with it. My buddies do hits of magic mushrooms with our smoke sessions. 😅😂
