I know your video here for your 7 layer salad was over a year ago but I watched it to see if I was putting my layers right in my 7 layer salad. Lol I know it probably doesn't matter but we only have this dish a couple of times per year. Today is Thanksgiving day and I'm making my version of a 7 layer salad. I use lettuce, canned peas (drained), bacon, eggs, onion, shredded cheese and mayo. I have thought about using ranch dressing instead but I'm scared to try anything different. Thank you Mama Sue... I made the seven layer salad but it turned out so soggy lots of liquid like a runny soup / is there a trick to it ? maybe not as much mayo ? i used your Half lettuce recipe / left it in the fridge overnight .
