Sir can you pls let me know what is the suitable time to go for cosmetic correction after oral cancer surgery….like I have went through my oral surgery 11 month back….i am thinking to debulk my flap intra orally and I can have lip lock at one side…..PMMC Flap is used…..it is stage 1 cancer…..Sir is it safe to de bulk the flap intera orally after one 1 year….and later after 6 months I can go for dental rehabilitation or this can be done at the same time
