The song "Tina ea" was written by our father back in 1979 when he was studying in Perth Australia. It was dedicated to his mother and this is also a dedication from us to our grandmothers Akenese Peseta Lale Peteru and Eni Nonumalo Sofara (R.I.P 1932-2001). Also our regards to all our aunties and cousins near and far. Not forgetting our Mothers Delegation within the EFKSNZ New Vision and to any mother out there, young and old. Last but not the least to our dearest mother Vini Afutoto Lale Peteru. Thank you for always being there for us. We love you.
So may you all have a HAPPY MOTHERS DAY.

The ORIGINALS...Thank you for this beautiful song. I always play it to my Mum on Mothers day, and she smiles n tears. I know living here in N.Z where she came in the 1970s during the "DAWN RAID" Era, her heart is forever with Samoa. I DEDICATE THIS SONG TO ALL MOTHERS WHO DEPARTED SAMOA IN THE EARLY 70s, FACED THE DAWN RAID ERA, JUST FOR US THEIR CHILDREN N GRANDCHILDREN TO HAVE A FUTURE... Wow! I remember these guys when they came to American Samoa, they had a chance to play some songs for Foloi and Kris Poasa son's birthday at Auto Fagaitua. Foloi is the brother of one of the singers here, I think his name was Masi or Kerisimasi Poasa. KVZKTV still playing these recordings most of times. Malo lava Lale ma le aufaipese.
