Interesting discussion. I want to provide a small counterargument though - years ago owning a property wasn't ''impossible'' as it may seem/really be today for the average. The perspective now that one day it won't be possible to have that net worth(tangible and real not intangible) to put down deposit so get in now/buy up as many as you can now. The thing being that life is finite, and those properties are physical/tangible assets that will go on forever/provide something that might one day be finite in being possible.

I subbed to your channel a few weeks ago. To say that you are a prolific uploader would be an understatement. Thanks for the content. One piece of the owning your own business puzzle that you don't seem to allude to, is taxation and bookkeeping costs. These costs can almost be a deterrent. Your thoughts?

This so true I can make unique products for clients and value way beyond rentals , We do need to have a house I own mine outright. Try to do things through cash flow and assets.
