Really nice recipe 😊 regarding deep frying, it’s something I rarely do, mainly because I am unsure of the correct way to dispose of the used oil. I understand you can sometimes reuse the oil several times so, when can and can’t the oil be reused? How do you know the oil is still good to use? And when disposing of the used oil how should it be done? I know we don’t want to pour it down the sink especially as we are on septic so should I pour it back into its original bottle or another bottle and just stick it in the bin with the rest of the rubbish?
Wait wait wait! I am Thai!....we use palm oil to deep fry cuz its can endure high temperature...! Also for stir fry we use soybean oil!....idk why but i mostly never see or use rice bran oil!... Esp that brand!....(maybe too expensive) but the truth is... ....deep fry= palm oil ....stir fry soybean oil....
Awesome recipe. Duncan is the dude!

For sure a good dish, as well a good commercial for the rice oil.
Looks so yummy... BUT...Duncan, is there a substitute for coriander, which I sadly detest ?
+Timbear45 I think thai's use a lot of cilantro as garnishes
+Timbear45 .... You can skip it or use green onion
Thanks, great idea.
Parsley is a substitute
Awesome
Nice fish İ eat very delight. 👌
Great
Wow 😮
Gorgeous
Very nice.
Could you please tell me What oil can I substitute since I don't have one that you showed?😔
Hi, This is all about Rice Bran oil but try a vegetable oil with high smoke point, cheers
+Duncan's Thai Kitchen I don't know about that Rice Bran Oil, it doesn't look as crispy as you'd get with Canola Oil. Batter looks wet and mushy.
What fish did you use pls?
Rockling
Nice commercial!
