DRNC hosted two Town Halls on November 18, 2022 to discuss the historic Samantha R. vs North Carolina ruling - and how it effects people with intellectual, and development disabilities (I/DD).
It means actual change, not just promises, and it is the biggest opportunity yet to improve the lives of thousands of people in NC with I/DD.
