I have been hearing podcasts from Dr. Huberman, Jocko Willink, Team Never Quit(Marcus Luttrell), etc, and Jason Redman, and your talks sound similar to me. I believe Shivender Sir will really reach out to mass in India and make an impact on the lives of many of us. Podcasts are something I listen to while doing workouts while driving, and while running and they are really good sources of Motivation. I have binge-listened to 5 hours/4 hours of podcasts from SEALS, they are really inspiring. Special Forces guys are really good leaders. Make them your friend and supervisors.
