    A channel with just Aidan and a plank of wood with smaller wood pieces screwed on to it is all we need.
    Always bringing the psych, thanks Wedge and Aidan!! 👊

    I think Aiden's greatest strength is his ability to not exhibit negativity, but instead to laugh, chat away with the cameraman, and focus positively on the incremental improvements and successes. There's little frustration or embarrassment, just trying as hard as he can.

      The cool thing is that I feel like that's pretty common to see amongst some of the best climbers, some of the very best I've climbed with share the exact same quality

    This was great. Honestly I could just watch hours of people climbing their home wall and talking about it with passion and not get tired of it. Without the music it might even be a little ASMR-esque with Aidan's voice.

    I love watching this. Q: All the crimps on the board can be taken with all four fingers, do you not set problems with 2-3 finger crimps beacause you find that you can always manage to get 4 fingers on problems outdoors or is it for some other reason?

    • @WEDGECLIMBING
      @WEDGECLIMBING  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I don't think it was a conscious decision as such not to have edges you can only get 2-3 fingers on. Although I think Aidan has made some holds more like that on his board back in the Lake District 💪

      Pancras 7A+ stand 7C sit
      Bagheera 7C

      Yeah he's trained by Ollie from Lattice so will have done I think. Although that test mainly tests your half crimp strength on a bigger edge, whereas Aidan's speciality is more full crimping on really small edges. So the scores may not be quite as high as you'd think...
