So I can get closer to where you guys are at with what I have. I'm an Irish music by ear player who can go reasonably to fourth position and wants to crossover.

I don't know much about classical guitar techniques but why is the guitarist wearing a glove on his left hand? Never seen that before
He had to wear it due to a recent injury. It's a musicians glove that doesn't affect playability.
