Ford really messed up on this design. It is not this straightfoward for all trim levels. My bumper skirt and air dam overlap where the adjustment screw is. A shorty screw driver as demonstrated here is too long to remove the screw, you can't even get it on the head. You must have a L screw driver - preferrably ratcheting as shown in the reinstallation video, or you will have to remove the bumper to do this replacement.

What if I break one of the tabs off? Am I screwed? Is that plastic part replaceable on the bumper, or do I need a whole new bumper now? Thanks Ford.
