      Thanks, but the last big snow we had took down the canopy. I replaced it with a permanent shed over the shooting area.

    I like how you showed to take off the glock rail and put the 1913 rail on. I was wondering how that was done. Thanks!

      If it’s a gen 5 you leave the 1913 on the Glock gen 5s have wider mounting groove/cut

      I have not done any extensive testing to see how many rounds it would take before it lost its zero.

      I make 200 shots per month over a year and still perfect
      But i remove the screws and put a little drop of blue locktite

    Does it still work? Apparently they tend to break down or literally catch on fire I want to buy one myself but from all those negative reviews elsewhere I’m not too sure

      Since I did the initial tests, I have not used it a lot but I have not had any problems with it getting hot enough to catch fire.

    Not the gen 5 glocks
    They use the wider 1913 adapter

    2 ways this could be greatly improved is screw type mounting get rid of the quick disconnect crap and use cr123 batteries instead of the faulty recharge pad junk

    • @DoubleEagleGunworks
      @DoubleEagleGunworks  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Have you had trouble with these quick disconnects? Mine are rock solid.

    • @gastondraco5906
      @gastondraco5906 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DoubleEagleGunworks haven’t had trouble with the quick disconnect but there’s no way to tighten it really if you needed and the piece itself looks to be made out of a cheap metal injection the screw like sure fire x300u-b would be way more secure and as far as the charging base on the light yes I’ve had problems with this baldr pro r and another model a few years ago that uses the recharge system .... when you touch the base where you connect the charger the light comes on by itself or if you lay the pistol down or any small bump it also turns on ... I’m about to have to send one back now because of this

      @@gastondraco5906 thanks for the info. I had not heard of these problems with the charger.

    Mediocre light, 800 peak lumens, not 1350.
    The components for zeroing the laser are sooo loose you lose your zero when you remove the Allen wrench.
    Don’t waste your money

      I wish they would make the laser where you could tell how far you are adjusting it. With just the Allen screw, you can’t tell how far the point is moving.
