I have had the 10x25 version of this for quite a while and I can agree with the level of quality. It's build is very durable and the image is excellent.
I’ve got one on order. Had my eye on these for a long time (pun intended). It’ll be a great addition to my kit. So many uses for it. Hunting, military, hiking, bird watching, etc. Can’t wait to get it in. Second Vortex purchase recently. Bought their Strike Eagle LPVO for my AR.
You are correct about their high and lower end...I run a higher end one on my 3 gun 5.56 but I also run a lower end one on my 6.5 bench gun and it’s solid!!
It makes me rethink my optics- the Nikon Trailblazer 8x25 which are great, but about twice the size. (actually It gives me an excuse to get a 'backup')!
Thank you fo being the only one to actually show the 1x perspective in mono review . People just shouw the magnification and we dont have a point opf reference.
That's because most people buying these optics already know what 8x zoom looks like. 8x is the same with any optic. What people want to see is the actual image quality.
@@no.9516 🤣What a spesh. It's a factually correct statement. "8x" just means that the image appears 8x closer. That's objectively the same in every resonable circumstance. So every single 8x monocular magnifies the image by 8 times. It's not that hard. And it's also not debateable. Everything I said is also entirely relevant to what you just said. But go on, keep thinking that you know everything. And as if you liked your own comment🤣
Does your eyedistance-adjuster stay put in between both positions? Mine seems defective and very loose and adjust on its own if not kept between your fingers
Is it lightweight and easy to use 😂 😂 all seriousness, this is the video I was looking for.. Been debating on this model for hunting/motorcycle camping. Looks perfect 👍 subbed.
every time you show us something new I don't have I NEED IT!!! lol thanks for the good info...

Lol doubling down ...that's certainly a choice.

I have the 10x36. Bit to bulky and stiff focus ring. Also what I think is a miss, is that these do not come with lens caps. I’ll give the 8x25 a try.

I have this monocular and its durable man ive dropped it on the concrete lense first a few times and its rubberized so it resists shock very well.
Would you recommend for deer hunting?
@@brucer1705 yea it's a nice monocular. The only gripe is the field of view isn't that big but you gotta pay more money for a bigger FOV

I just bought a pair of vortex binos yesterday.
Thanks for the good review.
