Well this has inspired me to work on an algorithm that gives sonic random idle poses in my Sonic 2 remake. This is pretty cool, Sonic is a very expressive character

The fact that they made this game in the doom engine is irresponsibly amazing, lol. I used to make custom WADs for doom when I was younger, I took one look at this game and thought to myself "Wow that looks so cool! Almost like it's made in the doom engine or something!" and turns out it is. Such a crisp look, and the way that the doom editor is utilized to make sonic levels is simply genius. Then mods like this get made and wow. Such a great game and community!

I have this mod and I’ll say this: if you have the botskin mod when using pointy sonic and fluffy tails you can drag around any character and it is hilarious. If you need a good laugh try doing that.

This game engine is just so amazing. People are making such incredible things with it. Wish wed go back to making rpgs with enginws like this. Imagine a modernized daggerfall that maintains the original games look by using an engine like this one.
