Baekhyun is the oldest and the leader of SuperM Taemin career wise has more experience he is only one year Younger then Baekhyun..Kai is Taemin Best Friend the Hung Line is Baekhyun, Taemin and Kai the Youngest is Lucas and Mark and Mark is the Mankan of the Group
The Hyung line is Baekhyun, Taemin, Kai, Taeyong 95 Liner, and Ten 96 Liner, the Maknae line is Lucas and Mark bc are both 99 liners but Mark is the Youngest as he was born in August and Lucas was born in January I’m not trying to be a know it all or any thing you were just missing the fact that Taeyong and Ten at part of the Hyung Line too
@@libbykaras Although that is true, considerably Taeyong and Ten would be in the Maknae line since they’re younger than three of the other members. At least imo, I think the Hyung line would just be Baekhyun, Taemin, and Kai in SuperM since they act like the older brothers. In SuperM, Ten and Taeyong don’t act like they’re the oldest, so they would probably be in the maknae line even if they’re not 21. Or at least in none of the lines, and just a middle child line.
Actually...Lee Taeyong is the official MIDDLE LINE in SuperM and is introduced as such. He is younger than the three seniors Baekhyun Taemin & Kai & OLDER than his three NCT members Ten Mark & Lucas. AS such he is the mediator between them. Interestingly Taeyong's rap partner MARK is the Middle Line of NCT23.

Can we please talk about Main Vocalist Baekhyun (who was considered a dance hole when EXO debuted) dancing with two of the absolute best dancers in K-pop and all these remaining main/lead dancers and still fitting in seamlessly? This man can do everything flawlessly! People call him the "Genius Idol" but let's appreciate how hard he works to be where he is.

Hmmm I've been a fan since pre-debut and Baek was never considered a dance hole by most, than would go to Chen and Chanyeol....and maybe Suho lol. But even so, he's gotten even better. I'd consider him lead dancer at this point with EXO.
@@NelleBear he was, Baekhyun said it himself in Knowing Bros. He trained a lot to get where he was when he debuted. Baekhyun even said that he watched Lay training (until Lay kicked him out lol).
@@NelleBear I agree that Baekhyun never looked like a dance hole. But he himself said multiple times that he trained hard and pulled all nighters and even cried because he wasn't good enough. He and Chen also trained with Kai and Sehun and they would have competitions over who taught better and who learned better. This stuff he is doing in SuperM is main dancer stuff and it shows that he came an especially long way from where he used to be.

Ten is another member of NCT that you liked his face and his voice too. He is from thailand. His dancing skills is just cheff's kiss. His vocals is also so nice. He can rap too. He is a true all rounder that can do everything.
There is so much to say about NCT and its sub-unites and how it works. But this is a SuperM reaction. So i'll save the information for when you finally check out NCT.
In SuperM, Baekhyun is the oldest and Mark is the maknae. And EXO's concept is included in SuperM. It's all connected. Unfortunately you wouldn't hear much of Kai's vocals in SuperM. I am hoping that we'll hear more of Kai's vocals in EXO's coming comeback. And yup, Kai's vocals Is unique and smooth like honey. FYI, SuperM is being marketed as The Avengers of Kpop.

I was lucky enough to see them in London last February (also my last concert since the pandemic - i miss live music!). I went for Baekhyun & Kai (im an exo-l) and Taemin, but i left being a huge fan of Mark, Ten, Taeyong & Lucas (i didn't know much about NCT/Wayv). Taeyong was amazing! Just insane.

Yes the guy with pink hair is taeyong and he is SUPER HANDSOME! But still camera can't do the justice for his looks. That's what the people met him say. He looks like he just came out of a manga. Even the NCT members are not still used to his face and they say they see him everyday but sometimes they get shocked because of how beautiful he is.
he is not just a beautiful face but insanely talented too! He is one of the best dancers in kpop! And also an amazing rapper! He makes songs, he's a sub vocalist and he's so creative too. and also he is the leader of NCT (a whole 23 members group) he once said he has 22 children in NCT 😍 and he is a PERFORMER! his stage presence is crazy! He's known as the king of duality! He is a sexy monster on stage and will burn everything, but off stage he's just a cute baby! That's why fans call him "bubu". He is super kind, and hard working. Fun fact about him, when he first joined SM as a trainee he was so bad at dancing that his dance teacher gave up on him. But now he is the main dancer in NCT! His dancing skills is perfect! And he has his own style. I think him and "ten" are the best dancers in kpop. He is just so precious and talented.

SuperM debuted in Hollywood 💙 they are also under Capitol Records, I saw an interview where Capitol Records reached out to SM Entertainment to bring Kpop on Hollywood that's why SuperM was made. This is why they have songs in English, most of their songs have English lyrics. They are the Avengers of Kpop.

The eldest is Baekhyun. Taemin is same age as Kai, so they are second oldest. The rest are younger than them. Not sure but I think Mark is the maknae. Again, not sure. Am not a multi, but I have so much respect for SM artists including these young men. I may not follow their music, but personally I like Taeyong and Lucas. And all of them are a talented lot. Aside from being a visual feast, they are very good dancers. Next to Jopping, I think Tiger Inside is my favorite SuperM song.

Taemin is 93 line, Kai is 94. However they describe themselves as being the same age because Kai was born in early 94 (January), which means by the chinese lunar calander, they were born in the same year. Also means they were in the same grade in school, which is probably most significant since they met when they were kids.

Could imagine it was tough probably being the youngest in his grade with the early birthday, one of the youngest in EXO, the youngest in his family.......I think that's why he loves being in the Hyung line in SuperM.

SuperM has a VERY different sound from EXO tbh, not gonna lie quite a few of their songs have to uh...grow on you. I still haven't really been able to get into their song 100 lol. But every member of SuperM is incredible and they're all so incredibly talented and hilarious. Taeyong and Mark are actually my NCT biases out of all the members, though Baekhyun will always be my ult. Excited to see you watch Tiger Inside for the first time lol. Definitely recommend you watch their individual member trailers to get more familiar with them though!!!!

Idk who the official main dancers are but if I’m being realistic, I think it is Kai, Taemin, and Ten just bc they have a dance video out of the three of them in SuperM. Also Ten is main dancer in NCT, Kai is main dancer of EXO, and Taemin is main dancer of Shinee. but Taeyong and Mark are both phenomenal dancers so I think we have an entire group of main dancers here lol but maybe officially its those 3.

SHINee Taemin is their sunbae(senior) but he is the same age with Kai. He is the maknae in SHINee so that's why.

The best way to describe SuperM is they decided to shove every bias and bias wrecker from the same group in one group. It’s super hard to find a bias if they were the one already.😂 Also it’s super confusing to the Exo lore because in SuperM it’s blatant that Baekhyun and Kai use their powers in their individual trailers, so how does it connect to it?

Nct is worth checking out. They have a very unique sound and have very talented vocalists as well. They are my next favorite group, after Exo of course. They are a big big group. There are 23 members currently and they usually work in units except for some projects they do when all members participate. There's a lot of info for them to learn, but totally worth it. 😊

Honestly it’s hard to have a bias in SuperM but since I stanned NCT,shinee,exo,&WayV already I guess that can be why it was so hard for me to have a bias in this group because I went from Ten to baekhyun to Lucas like it’s so hard 😭 and also the fact that Ik 23 members in NCT but can’t remember what I studied last night lmao

Yessssss. So Mark, Taeyong, Ten, and Lucas are all in NCT. Lucas and Ten are also in the Chinese subunit of NCT WayV. They’re all in the subunit NCT U and Taeyong and Mark are in NCT 127. It’s complicated bu they’re all amazingly talented. My bias is Ten bc he’s just so sweet, cute, and Taemin’s lil baby lol.
SuperM was created by SM Entertainment in collaboration with Capitol Records in the U.S. This group features 7 of the best of the best when it comes to dance, vocals, rap and performance in Kpop. The members of SuperM are some of the absolute best from SM Entertainment's most popular groups. Baekhyun who is one of the best vocalist in the industry and Kai who is one of the top 2 dancers in the industry are from EXO; Taemin is the other top dancer in the industry with one of the most well respected solo careers and he is a member of the legendary group SHINee; Taeyong is the leader of NCT and he is known for his dancing and rapping and Mark is the main rapper from NCT-127/NCT-U; and Ten is the main dancer and lead vocalist and Lucas is a rapper and visual of NCT-U/WayV.
Actually, the whole group of SuperM are visuals, but the members of SuperM consider Lucas to be the visual of the group.
As you may know, SuperM debuted in the U.S. in October 2019, so that is why all of their main track songs and MVs are mostly in English because "Jopping" was meant to by their foyer in to the U.S. music market and "100" and "One (Monster & Infinity)" are meant to continue that plan and continue the storyline.
SuperM are considered the Avengers of Kpop because the group is so multi-talented, with some of the most influential idols in the industry, representing multiple nationalities and Kpop generations, who are poised to take over the world.
Mark is Korean-Canadian, so his native language is English. And WayV is the Chinese sub-unit of NCT, so not only does Ten and Lucas speak Korean and English, but they also speak Mandarin. Ten also speaks Thai because he is from Thailand and Lucas speaks Cantonese because he is from Hong Kong and a little Thai because his mom is Thai. And although, Baekhyun, Kai, Taemin and Taeyong are all native Korean, they also speak many other languages. For example, Taemin, and his group SHINee, are very popular in Japan, so he is fluent in Japanese as well.
Baekhyun has been chosen as the leader of SuperM. (Baekhyun is also the oldest member at 28 and Mark is the youngest at 21) However, Taemin is the one with the most seniority in the group. Taemin is only 27 years old, but he debuted 4-10 years before any of the other members of SuperM. Taemin debuted as a member of SHINee in 2008 when he was 14 years old, so he is a super senior member of the group. So, as part of the hierarchy of respect, Taemin is the one everyone looks up to. Which, might be why Taemin was chosen to play such a major role within the group, and why we have seen him prominently featured in almost everything to do with SuperM.
It is said that the concept for SuperM is supposed to be like the Avengers, so, I see it as each of the members are a different kind of superhero that make up the larger "Avengers" group, just like how the Marvel Avenger members come together from all walks of life with all different abilities and powers, etc. to make up one big supergroup.
I think the concept of the group all stems from EXO's concept and storyline. If you remember, the members of EXO are all aliens from Planet Exo, and each of the members has a superpower that is specific to them. From day one, EXO's story has been that they were sent to Earth on a mission to find and protect the Tree of Life from the Red Force, while also trying to fix all the things that are going wrong in the world, which are thought to be caused by the Red Force. As a member of EXO, Baekhyun has the power to control light and Kai has the power of teleportation, so those powers are nothing new for them. However, the concept of superpowers is new for all the other SuperM member (You will see the other member's special powers and abilities if you check out all of their teaser videos which were originally released leading up to the release of "Jopping.") So I think because Kai and Baekhyun are part of the group, SuperM's storyline is tied to EXOs storyline. I think SuperM are supposed to be coming together to fight the Red Force and to prevent or stop them from corrupting and taking over the world, etc.
And just like the Marvel Avengers members each have their own Superhero story, when they come together to form The Avengers they combine their story and concept and weave elements of each of the member's backstories into The Avengers storyline. I see SM Entertaiment doing the same thing with SuperM.
Also, just like how the Marvel Avengers come together to combine their strengths and powers to help fight Thanos, I see parallels with what SM is doing with SuperM's storyline. SuperM is taking the "best" members from each group and joining forces to take down the Red Force. And just like how the movies "Avengers Identity War" and "Avengers Endgame" eventually had each of the Marvel Avengers members recruiting their whole crew to help in the fight, I think SM is setting it up so that all of its groups' members will eventually be brought into the fight.
Some fans who are into SM group theories have also speculated that NCT's dream concept and storyline also connects to EXO's storyline, just like how many believe that Red Velvet is connected to EXO's storyline -- it is believed that SM's girl group Red Velvet, EXO's sister group, may be the Red Force. I think that SM may even have set it up so that at least all of their third generation groups -- and now maybe even fourth gen. groups, with the introduction of SM's new girl group aespa -- have storylines that connect, link together and intertwine.
And although NCT and SHINee don't have a backstory that has anything to do with being Superheroes in the same way as EXO does, I find it interesting that NCT and WayV have songs called "Superhuman" and "Take Off" which both have sort of superhero type themes in their MVs, and one of Ten's solo songs was called "New Heroes". With what I know about SM, it wouldn't surprise me if this is something they have had in the works for a really long time and they probably have been creating ways to foreshadow things to come in SuperM that create connections between the members and their original groups. One thing SM has mastered since the creation of EXO, is how to tell a story and how to create a mystery that connects even the most minute of details together to build an epic adventure for fans.
SuperM's storyline is already connected to EXO's storyline, and I think SM may be working on expanding the story to its other groups, in the same way that "The Avengers" connects all the individual superheroes' stories when they come together to form The Avengers.
If the SuperM Avengers are coming together to help EXO stop the Red Force, I think the members who are part of SuperM are the liaisons who are helping to connect all the groups -- EXO, Taemin/SHINee, NCT and WayV -- together. For example, right after SuperM released "Jopping," WayV came out with their MV for "Moonwalk" and I think the story in their "Moonwalk" MV is a continuation of "Jopping's" storyline, and now I think WayV's "Turn Back Time" MV is also part of that story.
To help explain, I think EXO, as members of SuperM, are working with the other "Avengers" members to try and stop X-EXO. (X-EXO are EXO's alter ego clones) If you pay attention to what Kai and Baekhyun are wearing in "Jopping," their outfits are very similar to the all black outfits they are wearing in EXO's "Obsession " MV -- Kai even wears the same parachute backpack in both MVs -- which seems to indicate then that the version of Kai and Baekhyun in SuperM are the EXO members who are the good guys. Because in "Obsession" the members in all black are supposed to be EXO and the members in the colorful outfits with the crazy hair and makeup are the X-EXO members who have been created by the Red Force.
So, on that note, I think people need to pay attention to all of the storylines with all of SM's groups, because I think at least all of SM's third generation groups' MVs and storylines are being designed to connect stories and plots. Each group has their own individual storyline and concept, but when you put them all together, there are threads of connection between the groups. And that includes EXO, Red Velvet, NCT/WayV, aespa, and maybe even Taemin's solo work (and possibly -- but not 100% sold on the idea -- even eventually SHINee, even though they are technically 2nd generation. Even though SHINee are second gen, they actually fit within the age group of third generation groups, so they sort of bridge that gap between 2nd and 3rd gen. So who knows, when SHINee comes back maybe SM will draw them into the storyline as well.)

I am exol. I started listening SuperM for Baek and Kai and stayed for the whole group. You have to hear them sing live: Dangerous Woman, With You, Wish you were here.
The first thing we both noticed was Kai's teleportation. He still brought his EXO superpower wherever he goes. I love him...no we all love him.
