Suppose the SOUP(s) shall be inlcuded in the SBOM. Is that notion correct?
If, before integrating SOUP in your SW, you change something in SOUP and then you do integration in your SW....is this counting still as SOUP?
I suppose if you manipulate the SOUP this becomes your script so should not be a SOUP anymore as you know the code and even tested it.
