Nice flight Bro. That bouncing it does on landing, I believe it has something to do with the bottom sensor. Mine does the same thing when landing. It does help to hold the left stick all the way down when landing. Less bounce.

It only goes to 394 feet or 120 meters, it wont go any higher because that is the legal height in many countries

You still have It in Default mode when it first came out of the box. You need to go into the settings on the app and put it in advanced mode to increase the distance that drone has a long very very good distances rate I have one myself I know what it can do

One of the antennas is real. I will try a Yagi extender on it to see if it goes further than 300 meters. Too bad no gimbal or EIS.

I can't stop the hs510 from toilet bowling. I calibrate properly each time and no luck. When I turn off gps it works as it should. Any advice?

That happened to me a few times, but only in certain locations. It's a common problem with it. It seems like you did everything you could do. Sorry man👍🏽
