yeah electric wizard is definitely too much for me but some people like it. I consider tool, aic, sabbath to be pretty doom, but I think an overlooked doomesque album is super unknown. Its rock but it's got some straight doom moments

I use the head variant either in my 2x12 or 1x12 depending on practice or live,but it pairs perfectly with a Scumback M75-PVC is pure bliss. The tone is a steal! I'm guessing since its drive and breakup is very Bluesbreaker any Greenback clone will sound great,but no one beats Scumback though a WGS Green Beret is close.
Doesn't mute the internal speaker. Output signal includes the whole signal path that arrives to the speaker (amp+preamp) but has no IR simulation, so you'll have to add it using your DAW, or an IR load box that goes to your PA or FOH mixer.

@@SergeiVlassov I own the combo, but I don't know if your use case would damage anything on your amp. You can check the manual Fender has on their website. But in my opinion, what you are talking about would be redundant. You could just compare what sounds better to you: your loadbox connected to the speaker out, to your final sound/recording system; or the direct line out using IRs. And just decide on one. You are not missing anything by using the two at the same time, since you wouldn't get stereo capabilities from the amp itself anyways.

Yes, it will be loud enough, but I’ve gigged with valve amps with 10” single speaker, including a 10 watt combo... the problem is the 10” speakers get lost in the mix, especially if you’re in a rock, blues, metal lineup, so these amps are loud enough but the speaker may struggle in a live setup. Hook it up to a 1, or 2x12 and it will open it up a bit more 👍

The Celestion Ten-30 is a very thin sounding speaker. A simple upgrade to your favorite 10" speaker would fix that.
