I have my volume up in youtube and on my laptop and I can barely hear Laundry Basket Quilts audio. I have no problem on other youtube videos

Hmmm. I’m not having issues with the sound. Hope that helps you to somehow find the source of the issue. I hate it when I can’t hear videos so I will do the same thing, let the creator know.
There’s an app called Voxer that I use for messaging one friend. I can’t hear anything on it without ear buds. She says she can hear just fine. So weird. Good luck.

I love your quilts but it really irratates me that the heading of this video was for a Q&A for Stars Upon Stars and more than 3/4 of the hour video was promoting and more promoting. Maybe 6 questions were answered about the quilt. So frustrating!!!...
