Eat Dal Bhat when you are on these treks since it is economical and you can receive endless refills of rice, lentils, and vegetables, there's a saying "Dal Bhat Power 24 Hour" .Eggs are often more costly since they are fragile and risk breaking during transport. Drinks too are slightly on expensive side.
