I think brainwashed mohawk is easily the most broken dodge unit in the game, he is super cheap, has the shortest possible cooldown and 30% dodge against 3 traits that are known to be very tough pushers
I think manic mohawk should be s tier as they are I think the only example of a cheap (75c) meatshield being actually fast. And by fast I mean extremely fast.

While brainwashed can technically be used for this purpose, outside of their targeted traits, they would just function as a worse manic mohawk, and people would rather just use manic eraser if they are spending that extra slot and extra money. I believe both deserve S tier as both serve purposes not seen (at the same level of quality) anywhere else.
the best one (in my opinion) does require an uber though so it's not incredibly accessible, but if sumo can get a boost for the vigler combo, radical cat should too

Brainwashed mohawk is the best cat by far. This little mans dodge helped me beat aku cyclone before finishing itf chapter 2, aku dont typically attack fast, so one dodge can put in work. Nevermind the relic dodge, which is amazing on its own and just busted on mixed relic and aku stages, or the hardest types of stages
I disagree with the firecracker cat its actually very good in early-mid game especially when combined with courier then its a free stage for red enemies
