- sandhyaavandana should be learned from a guru,who has initiated with the gayatri mantra.
Once the procedure is learned well this e material can be used as a learning aid.Please don't start this
ritual without proper personal tutoring.

The procedure given here is as per Yajur veda.Should there be need adiyen can encode and provide Rig and sama veda procedures too. adiyen would recommend the following books on this subject.
1.Sandhya vandanam (A self instructor) published by Sri Vishishtadvaita research centre,Madras& Sri Thillasthanam swamy kainkarya sabha and Sri Poorvacharya kainkarya sabha,Bangalore.
2.Nityanushtana kramam by Lifco Madras.
3.Ahnika grantha of Srimad Azhagiya singar is recommended for advance study on this subject.

Brief time, simple and essential procedure is order of the day for the modern boys. I opine that; if it is more complex than this, this generation prefers to avoid totally which is a total loss for our profound community. Let us live longer. Argyam and tharpanam important. If no time at least those two should be maintained. Gayathri mantra 5 minutes. So total it comes to 10 minutes only.
When performed in detail like this, it will give all round protection and intellect etc. If you try to reduce, you might not get all the benefits. Hence it is always better to follow it fully.

Total result is I have crossed all the difficulties in my occupation and educated my son and daughter they got their jobs and marriages followed by children grand daughters. And the son is in USA and son in law in Kaula Lumpur. I retired happily if course on VRS pre-2 years. I looked after my father and my mother stayed with me upto 2018 for 90 years. I saw my in laws departed happily with their son.
So this is the result of Gayatri still performed at 71years of my age.😁🙏🙏🙏

The procedure and rendering is perfect and very impressive. I suggest you introduce a coaching videos for the vedic mantras in the sandhya vandhana ritual with 3-4 disciples and repetition by the disciples 5 times after the rendering by the Guru so that all the brahmin boys can learn the mantras along with the repetition by the disciples. That is the exact way normally the guru teach Sri Rudram, Purusha Sooktham etc

There are many ways to perform Sandhyavandhanam.
Whatever way is followed concentration should be maintained. That is most important. Remaining are secondary.

in Sama Vedha, the Kaaladheedha Argyapradhanam Mantram is different. Here you chant the Gayathri mantra itself. Its "Utthedhapi Sruthagamam Vrushabam Naryapasam Astharameshi Suryaha.
