I think this story It takes place in that episode where Patrick's secret box, in an alternate ending where it was never really revealed what was inside the box, SpongeBob would angrily go to sleep because the ending occurs at night, meeting Mickey, who would try to convince him to leave the box and reconcile with his friend, because he has everything unlike Mickey, who lost his friends and has no reason to live. So basically in short Mickey is trying to make SpongeBob less nosey or else he might lose everything or find out something he doesn't need to since in the box was actually a embarrassing photo that Patrick hid as a string (which from a meant to be dumbass is pretty smart)
My take on the lore, TW: this is mix of Well done Lore with the Twiddle Finger lore. SpongeBob was having a normal night walking back home from the job. He was extremely tired and stressed from work. Suddenly Patrick showed up annoying him by asking if he can jellyfishing with him, Patrick continually annoys SpongeBob until the point where SpongeBob snaps at Patrick telling him to F off and slams the door and Patrick’s face. SpongeBob then fell asleep and woke up in…. Mickeys Clubhouse. He was in the living room of the clubhouse until a sudden noise of a knife being pulled out. Then Mickey came out in the darkness to reveal his scratched off face. Mickey was smiling directly at SpongeBob. Mickey then tried to attack SpongeBob by grabbing him and throwing sponge to the cutting board. Mickey was about slice him but SpongeBob luckily got hit with the knife and not sliced as he landed into a pot. It came to the realization that Mickey wanted to eat SpongeBob at this point to teach him about why he should never snap at anyone. (Bad ending) Mickey then puts SpongeBob in a plate as he’s about to eat SpongeBob just like the twiddle finger bad ending, SpongeBob never woke up as if he was swallowed by Mickey and falls into the darkness where he was never seen again. (Good ending) Just as when Mickey was about eat SpongeBob, SpongeBob closes his eyes and wakes up from his nightmare. He then sees that he’s in a sunny backyard. There he could see Patrick crying. SpongeBob realizes it was wrong to snap at him so he apologizes and becomes best friends again. Meanwhile, Mickey was sitting alone in a sidewalk… depressed as if he over did it by eating SpongeBob accidentally and felt regret (once again a reference to the twiddle finger bad ending) that was when Minnie went to comfort him, it then turned Mickey back to Normal… and they got married and had kids after. They lived happily ever after…
