Something I noticed is,red pulled his hand away before fortegreen/olive made him accept it. That's... quite interesting. It doesn't seem like red really believed them at the beginning. I'm pretty sure they still don't,but had to play along to not get ejected

Coming back to this, I didn't realize that this could be lore to Fortgreen/Olive's actual backstory. Sure he may be lying about almost everything else but, this correlates to what is shown in the latest Among Us Animation 2 Part 4 Trapped 2/2. Love all of it- xD

What a plot twist! I never expected yellow to die since they're the main character in the main series. I feel bad for red having to choose between his team or his friends.. Red never wanted to be an imposter!

the simple structure of Alternate is = Opposites or Different Chance.
In the main series, as it seen; Mini Yellow was alive but turned into Impostor, but in Alternate it changes Mini Yellow perspective, since the main series mini yellow was impostor rodamrix changed it into Crewmate because and let Mini Yellow lives.
It's also clear that the Alternate shows drama meanwhile the Main shows cheerful and happy ending everytime.
Theory 1- I think the reason why Fortegreen broke the glass tubes at 7:45, is because if you skip back to 7:40, you can see there are parasite things inside of the tubes. Fortegreen probably broke them to make more parasites. I say this because at the start of the series we don't see any parasites but later on in the episode and in the series we see more parasites. The parasites probably listen to Fortegreen's orders because he's the one that let the parasites out of the glass tube. If you're thinking about the parasites in episode 3. That was Fortegreen in his parasite form, because he said that Red tried to kill him the other night.
Theory 2- I think Fortegreen was telling the truth about his story at the start of the episode. Assuming from the chat bubble, he was probably a miner on another area of Polus and the area got infested with parasites and one of the parasites bit him and turned him into an imposter. I'm not sure on how Forte got onto the area where Brown and the others are.

I'm a Japanese Rodamrix geek. I thought your discussion of theory 1 was very good. I had the same idea as to why they broke the glass, but I didn't think about how it would lead to the prosperity of living things afterward. It's really amazing. I'm using translation, so please excuse me if I say something weird.
I think in theory two for how he got there he was a miner before so maybe the vents were part of the system he mining and he went through the vents to get there?

Rodamrix te lusiste con esta animación y la historia. Todo es perfecto, desde la aparición de verde y su nuevo color olivo, la tensión en las votaciones en el acto final, el Increible personaje de rojo y su pelea con olivo es impresionante y es interesante que amarillo y mini amarillo no son los protagonistas y la escena final es simplemente increible, tardaste semanas en pensar todo esto y te quedo Maravilloso y la música encaja en las escenas de tensión y los momentos trsites o momentos de persecución y yo creo que es tu mejor episodio

Fortegreen's story is actually kinda sad
The fact that him and his og group went to go explore in a cave and having Tue carb collapse on him, which turned him into an imposter, and when his crew found out they almost threw him in lava like that hits deep, like just imagine you came back after a whole disaster and like come to fine out your friends are willing to end you because you came back more different poor guy
I like how red say he want protect all crewmate and friends
11:50 This part made me start shouting "What are you doing?! The vote was rigged, why are you suddenly gonna throw Yellow just like that?! Listen to Brown, they said they voted for Olive! Stop!!!"
Even after Brown was in panic, yelling at them not to eject Yellow into the lava, they weren't listening him even though he's the leader. It hurts to see that they're just gonna do what the vote says, even though it's not true to everyone else.
I guess it does match with the whole Among Us game logic with the 'suddenly regretting their vote but it's too late to stop it' thing.
I feel so baaad :( I'm gunna cry
This makes me think that due to the emergence of impostors throughout all the spacial missions, many international (or intergalactic) conferences led to a rule implying that the votes must be obeyed no matter what. Ejecting someone can be hard, especially if it happens to be one of your friends; in which case, your emotions can lead to dangerous consequences, like saving an impostor. The rule was made to protect everyone from their irrational emotions, and to coldly eject anyone that got the vote majority no matter what. Knowing that, plus the way they really liked Olive over Yellow, led to them ejecting yellow without listening to any objection.

Watching Mini Yellow sitting on the edge of the lava, that was so heartbreaking. But I still feel sorry for Red. He tried to protect Yellow and failed. And he knew he had to play along to survive himself.
I wonder if there will be a scene involving him and Mini Yellow.

I love how this shows red really struggling being an imp and how the story became one of the saddest endings. This was actually an amazing Among Us Animation.

I think because red got blackmailed by fortegreen or olive and if red didn't do that fortegreen or olive will get voted out and yell at the others that red is an impostor too. Red doesn't have any choice so red just did it and feel guilt.

This is your best animation so far!
The saddest part is how fortagreen managed to manipulate red into believing they'd kill him if yellow was not ejected, The way they were talking at the meeting it was only him was going to get ejected. If Red wasn't as tired and was thinking a lot better he could have said he was trying to defend his friend who he believed was definitely not the imposter considering they all work together and "olive" was brand new thus suspicious

We get to see much more of Fortegreen's personality this time around and seems they are really good at manipulating people. Keeping up just enough of an illusion to keep Red believing their story, which unintentionally helped them win the vote since they gained some of the Polus's crew trust. The Skeld crew would of never escaped Purple and Pink without yellow coming back for them and Red had been there trying to fight them off, they don't doubt in the slightest that Yellow and Red are crew. Their belief in them is what made Red vote for Olive, while they didn't want to risk being ejected themselves, they still wanted to protect their crew and keep an innocent bean from dying. Brown seems to be a critical thinker, and was able to put what clues they have together to figure out the real imposter, but unfortunately Olive's quick thinking with the little device Red was holding meant that Yellow was the one being ejected. At this point Red could have saved Yellow, if they just told everyone their side of the story, but again Olive uses their manipulation skills to scare Red into thinking that if they said anything they would get ejected.
Red doesn't realize it, but they are becoming a different person than the one who would risk their life fighting an imposter head on to protect the crew. Though they may not of intended for Yellow to be ejected, their lack of action means they now have blood on their hands. If they allow this to continue then its possible that they will end up completely losing touch with their crewmate side.

What happened in the first polus interaction in this timeline?
Furthermore, How was yellow pushed?
ALSO, how did yellow live?
I'm assuming that each timeline has a "crewpostor" (for lack of a better term):
Mini Yellow in the timeline that they lost
And Red in the timeline that they *almost* won in
The first game has a few noticable changes, but mostly the survivors being different (In the main line, it's green lime cyan black yellow and mini Y., while in the alternate timeline, red, white, blue, and the two yellows survive...
I'm going to assume that for the AU, A: Yellow didn't get medbay scanned in 1st polus interaction, since if he did, then that means that a decent amount of crewmates threw, and B: Mini Yellow isn't a crewpostor. It's technically never clarified how *grabbing a gun* turned him into an impostor, but since he did it to save yellow from purple/pink by killing purple/pink in the main line, i'd say this is a fair notion
But then...
HOW IS OLIVE STILL ALIVE IF THE EXPLOSION STILL HAPPENED?
Since there's nothing that conflicts with Olive=shifter in the Main timeline, we can say that that was olive who died in the main AU... But in the 2nd AU video, we see that the bridge is blown up, implying that the 5th video happened in BOTH timelines, and i'm not confused over the WHERE (that still makes sense), but the HOW, as in how is Mini yellow a crewpostor if pink and purple are still alive? 😤
Edit: Btw given what i've said, this means that ep 2 of the AU was the same amount of time as ep 2-5 of the main line, which... 🥴

Mini yellow isn't a crewpostor in the alternate au. Red is a crewpostor here instead, mini Yellow is a regular mini crewmate.
@@carrot7868 I thought that too, but then the explosion at the end of 1-5 was cannon as evident by the start of 2A (A=alternate). Not only that, but Olive DIED in 1-5 so there's multiple plot holes
What i'm trying to say is, we need to see what happened in the first polus interaction of this timeline

@@dariusbrawl3759 by explotion, do you mean the hole they pushed Yellow into in alternate timeline and the hole they pushed fortegreen into in the main timeline? If so, those are different locations.
At the end of season 1 in main timeline, yellow blows up the corridor in labs. That creates a hole which they push Fortegreen into (You can actually see that place at around 7:20. The doors open up and reveal a corridor with a grid. Bellow this grid is a lava river, Fortegreen got pushed there.)
In alternate they push Yellow into a different hole. It's a crator that is placed outside between office and labs (if you google among us polus, you can actually see it). That crator is used to execute those who were voted out. So Fortegreen got pushed into a hole (which doesn't exist in alternate) and Yellow got pushed into a crator.

The final part where Glitchy was crying and when yellow died got me crying so hard. I was also shocked to see if Glitchy was gonna be an impostor or not
I wished he became an imposter and killed Orange , grey and real forte green

I just wanted to make some ppl more happy bc of yellow's death-
So I wasn't happy when yellow died (I cried for sure) but i was thinking that olive'll die too bc yellow wasn't an impostor, so i was like "*sigh*" but when red changed from "yellow was no- an impostor" my heart broke and i was like "red why i put all trust on you" but as you can see, red tried to save yellow. For me yellow kinda marked his own death because red told him to not press the button but he did but I can't rlly blame yellow's fear- the impostors killed all his friends. Even if yellow knew that red wouldn't hurt anyone, he blamed him too, actually this fact is mega sad for me, saddest than yellow's death idk why ://
so, as i was saying, i understand if u re/ u were sad bc of yellow's death, but he didn't trust red so much to not press the button, but yellow should've listened to red.
I know that yellow saved the remaining crew from the skeld, but yellow isn't the main character in alternate. It's like red died in a main storyline, but most people didn't care about it, bc red wasn't one of the main characters in the main storyline

@@luxio001yt In the magazine, they're made an contract to helping each other. Forte green will dispel suspicions about Red, and Red will do the same about Forte Green.
I had to step away for a moment to recollect myself - the emotions hit right into the heart with a painful twist! I'm not surprised, though. This alternate storyline has already proven to be a _'all bets are off, nobody is safe'_ kind of ordeal.
And for that I am grateful. Rodamrix, you have once again created a magnificent piece of animated art. And I once again commend you for your storytelling that won't shy away from the savage and brutal aspects of this fictional world.
I'm following with great interest where this expanded Impostor/Shapeshifter lore will take us.

(srry for my orto) Oh man, that was the saddest episode even if it's alternate :/ I feel bad for mini yellow, he'll probably have a big trauma or something. Red tried to save yellow but if he would save yellow, olive and red would be dead too. Olive is trying to make red the "real impostor" and I actually hope it will not happen, cuz red is a good and protecting guy ;/ I believe that Red in alternate 5 will reveal to the crewmates, betray olive and become a good person.
