I would love to do videos like that if I had a larger audience! Could make live stream with a subject and interact with audience on the theme... But if I did it now would just be a couple of people 😊

Good effort! But I think I’ll stick with equities, crypto etc. Real estate can be good if you can own where you are and rent it out. There are so many external reasons otherwise good businesses fail. You build a great business and then the state decides to turn your street Into a construction zone for a year.
