Sorry, I have a question regarding misusing of accusation audit that back fired: so I tried using accusation audit with a co worker who didn’t want to do an extra assignment I asked him to (I’m the pm). So I explained to him why the work need to be done, then I said “you probably think I’m just annoying you with extra task, you probably think I’m just making you do useless stuff, your probably think the task I give you is wrongfully assigned, but I want to say me and my manager understand where you stand. “ but then he got super mad and yelled at me “ when did I ever say I think the task is meaningless and annoying ? Are you intentionally trying to twist what I say? Are you trying to make me look bad ?” I’m not sure how I used accusation audit wrong, if anyone has any tips, all advice are welcome.
