Please do a video showcasing the speed and agility difference of all heights with the same attributes. I would like to see how much faster builds are naturally per inch..
@RoZeProductionz well whenever I put max+1 on my rebound chaser and make it gold I feel a big difference and I get more snatch blocks. Whenever I get a snatch block rebound chaser activates so that's why I asked that question.
Guys he doesn’t need to do more testing. These numbers alone prove height does improve dunking. Any other testing would be pointless since our question has been answered already lol. Thank you Tutes.
You forgot to do skill dunk. I use horse takeover (increases vert) and I tend to get more consistent skill dunks (if I time right) I always use skill dunk cause non skill dunks end up in layups or being blocked (when d is right under the hoop).
What I've noticed is that you need space to start a dunk animation and height advantage to finish dunk animations. Shorter guys are quicker and can get space easier but taller guys are more likely to find it hard triggering dunks from being slower to get space but able to finish dunks easier. I think 6'8/6'9 is the ideal height for dunking build
You can actually make a standing dunk with less than 40 if you have the player packages equipped. My guard had Devin Booker package with like 25 standing. He could sometimes get up there, even get and-ones in REC
Please do a video showcasing the speed and agility difference of all heights with the same attributes. I would like to see how much faster builds are naturally per inch...
Height does something. I had a 6'3 point with a 96 dunk maxed badges. I see a match up in the rec one day against a 6'4 pg with 96 dunk. In that pie chart in pre game it showed his dunk was better. After the game, i checked his build completely, he didnt even max out his badges but the pie chart showed he could dunk better. Just odd.
Go to page for all 2k behind the scene stats . Deep dive into badges, etc. Keep it up. I watched your whole channel grow on my non creator youtube. 🔥 video as always .
It's the speed and vert tbh... I have 4 builds all stretch builds. My 7 footer with 71 speed 83 vert, 70 oboard and 92 capped dboard and it gets more rebs than all my other builds with pretty much maxed oboard/dboard but all 65 speed. The faster movement just let's me get into better positions for boards and blocks inside
Player tendencies regulate how often you dunk. Theres standing dunk, driving dunk and flashy dunk tenedencies. Hidden attributes that you can see in play now and myteam cards.
Then why doesn't joakim Noah catch an alley. Players with 0 take charge tendency can NOT take a charge. He will fall over and no charge will be called. The tendencies regulate how often a player will attempt that move even with you controlling them.
May you test the 3 different blocks variation and tell us which ones are best for what? Also if attributes unlock different animations for all 3 of them or just for the turbo block?
It is still better simply because you get an even larger boost to your green window.... So more is always better but if you don't know your shot, you don't know your shot.
Could you check the 3pt green window.. I’ve found a lot of success lately. Could be due to the fact I’ve had the same jumper since launch. But man shooting feels revamped!
Tutes brother I have a HUGE topic for you to cover. You need to look at the correlation between layup & close shot. My 7’3 has 99 close shot, with 40 layup, and my theory is that even on standstill, contested standing close shots, my low layup rating makes me miss them at a high rate. Please do a test on contested close shots with high close shot & low layup, vs high close shot & high layup. Then separately, see if physical finisher makes a difference on standing close shots. According to the badge description it shouldn’t, it’s only for driving, and it doesn’t pop up when I take them on my builds with physical finisher, but I have a feeling it might make a difference on standing close shots. This would be huge if you can cover this topic thank you 🙏. By the way , I know you covered the standing floater thing, but this is different, this is contested standing layups.
If the badge doesn’t pop, it doesn’t affect it. Secondly, it’s public info that when determining close shot, it does a weighted average of ur layup and close shot, w the higher attribute being prioritized, or close shot, cant remember.
6’4 and below doesn’t dunk the same as 6’6 and higher. That’s the test he should have did. I have a 6’4 wit 97 driving dunk & a 6’7 wit 97 driving dunk. 6’4 won’t dunk if it’s a defender near & 6’7 triggers more standing dunks than driving dunk if I took off from the same spot as 6’4. It’s krazy
@@Sinofariesmy 6’4 had a 62 standing dunk and it’s so broken. Anything back door is an insta standing dunk. I do have a 80 driving dunk as well, but not sure if that plays into me dunking under the rim that easily. Regardless though I will always have a 62 standing dunk on my 6’4s. It’s just unbelievably broken
Dunks this yr are broken I have 99 dunk 90 vert 84 str on a 6' 4 pg cant get any dunks unless im open. Meanwhile i got 6'4pg with 75 dunk 65 vert 73 str and i can dunk all the time, even contact dunks..make it, make sense
@@AtomicOVO it really isn't tho lol and I don't think people would really mind the way dunks work this year if we actually got fouls for getting taken out of our dunk animations 9 times out of 10 it's because the defense jumps into the dunkers body which is ALWAYS a foul.
Aye 2K tutes can you do a green window test again. Please I been playing 2K on next gen for like 12 years now and I feel like 2K reverted there shooting patch they gave us and the dunks don’t feel consistent. Only the open dunks feel normal
I definitely think agility has a big effect on dunks. I have a 6’8 with 96 dunk and a 6’4 with 90 dunk and I definitely get more dunk attempts with my shorter build
As mentioned on the video, the results will reflect on driving dunk as well (assuming that all attrib are the same). But thing about driving dunk is the taller you are the slower you are usually so the difference may not be as obvious as standing dunk.
@ don’t think speed will have anything to do with it. We wanna see how often a 6’10 with 96 driving dunk gets knocked out of dunk meters compared to a 6’4 with 96 driving dunk. Not how often sqaure triggers dunks.
@@PERKIO26speed does make a difference tho. Being faster will help you get to the rim faster which may reduce the chances of a contest. I see what Tutes is saying. He’s trying to make things as even as possible for the test and hope/assume that the results reflect driving dunk too
@@HeemTheDream and even if the results from this test line up with driving dunk this test just showed how often the dunks would trigger using square/X which isn’t what I’m asking for
No, wingspan does. It's pathetic. Why do I have to look like a long arm freak in order to get decent dunk packages? I will always hate 2K for that. Overall, it's broken. Been like that for a few years now. That needs to change.
@@chadwellington2524 but the 2K devs decided over the years that it's okay to look goofy with extra long arms and be able to dribble/dunk like a goat but I have shorter arms but vert at 99 among other high attrib. but I can't have a higher dunk attrib..really 2K. FOH. 2K. See what I'm saying. Lame.

Does rebound chaser give you higher jump animations for other things besides rebounds? like blocks?

Can you test wingspan? like if 2 builds with the same steal stat and dunk stat but different wingspan are as effective as each other.

Can you retest the rhythm shooting compared to button shooting. Feels like rhythm shooting is tougher now.
Does higher levels of set shot specialist affect your shot timing?
Will a 6’4 make more contested close shot compared to a 7’0? What’s a good threshold to be consistent in the paint with a 6’4?

Does arm length matter on how frequent it triggers dunks
I get too many dunks on my 87 dunk 7ft footer its like shooting with bigs theres less contest

Player tendencies regulate how often you dunk. Theres standing dunk, driving dunk and flashy dunk tenedencies. Hidden attributes that you can see in play now and myteam cards.
Bro… all of those “tendencies” are to make the ai play more like the respective player… completely negated when you control them. Only for cpu

Is tempo shooting still better than button shooting?
