What fps do you use to create these animations?

For other animations I use 20 fps but for Cuphead stuff I use 19 fps but I'll probably use 20 fps for the rest of the Cuphead stuff later down the line

My tablet has a split screen option so when I need sounds I use my split screen,split screen with Flip a clip and TH-cam,search the sounds I need,record them in Flipaclip,and put them in the right spot
