- I admit, steaks intimidate me. You walk away for one second and they're overcooked. Unless you like yours well-done, then you might as well just go to work for the day and come back to your volcanic dinner. Anyway, here is a a simple salt and pepper, high sear ribeye steak recipe that is pretty fool proof AND a delicious pan steak sauce. Leave the A1 sauce for Applebees. We're gettin' fancy!

Grocery List:
Ribeye (thicker, the better)
Salt & Pepper
Avocado oil
Heavy whipping cream
1 Shallot, diced
1 Garlic glove, minced
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
Couple dashes of Worcestershire sauce
Parsley for garnish
The dragging of well done steaks is valid.
My mother in law refuses to eat anything with ANY pink. She once made me cook a filet mignon well done.
I wanted to die. I mean, I did die inside. It was painful and I didn't even have to eat it.
I'm loving the new hair and I'm trying this tonight!
Love pan sauces
Great video man!
This may be my favorite episode production wise. Felt very smooth and the steak looked so damn good.

a reverse reverse sear!??
looks incredible.
I now think I have to transfer this week's grocery delivery to get some/a ribeye. It is the best steak, and the one I always go to.
ETA: I usually do longer on the stove, but I also have been skipping the oven for a decade.
Wait, did you put the steak back onto the pan it was salted/peppered in? That might have pathogens! DX
Also I think I need to figure out how to get steak in me soon. That just looks fucking delicious.
