- Jumping from the ground up into her human's arms? No problem for Sophie. Jumping over a plastic pole a few centimetres off the ground? Now that's a bit of a problem for Sophie. 😊 Watch Sophie's first time using an agility course and let me know how well you think she did!
I got Sophie an at home agility kit from Outward Hound and it's her very first time doing any kind of agility course! I am so excited to show you guys how she handled the three different obstacles.

I have this exact thing on my wishlist! Sophie is so adorable. I watched this video with Nico next to me and he kept tilting his head and watching her. I loved seeing sophie crawl under the bar. What a silly girl!
I would definitely recommend it once Nico's a little older, I'm sure he'll be fabulous at it! It's so cute, how he's hanging out watching Sophie with you. 😊

I can see Miss Sophie on America's Got Talent she's so talented and she's so good with you, you guys make a great team! 👍 also dose Sophie like to swim? My dog is a shih tzu his name is Jesse I bought him a kids pool and he loves it he loves to jump in his pool and relax and cool off every time we take a walk ,it's the cutest thing our dogs are family they are my kids I don't have any kids. But my two cats and my dog Jesse is my four-legged toddlers love them too pieces they are such a huge blessing in my life!❤ Sophie is a huge blessing here on TH-cam for everybody to watch and you're an awesome mother to miss Sophie girl thanks for sharing another great video of Miss Sophie! Thanks for your comment, Katie. I make jokes all the time with Sophie about the puppy olympics, we'll have to get some more practice in. Sophie loves the water but I really want her to get more water fun with her lifejacket in a pool but I'm still trying to find a pool that allows dogs LOL!

Lol! I noticed that too! It's so funny when she does that, especially because I would love to know what she's thinking.
Even for wee dogs who do agility training, the jumps are kept very low for training , and they aren’t that high at beginner level competition so I wouldn’t worry about having the jump high - it’s not good for your wee dog :)
lol pretty awesome and looks fun! Cavapoo question - Have you noticed any issues with Sophie being aggressive with toys or anything? I've seen other Cavapoo owners talk about the dog sometimes biting when fixated on a toy, bottle cap or whatever and when the owner tries to take it away, the dog can react poorly. We have a new Cavapoo coming on 7/20, so I am just trying to see what to look out for.

I haven't heard anything specifically of cavapoos being aggressive with toys or showing food aggression but that can definitely develop. Sophie used to show guarding behaviour with one of my family members whenever she would chew on her VERY high value chicken sticks. She wouldn't bite or become aggressive towards them, but if the person stretched their hands towards her treat she would start to growl and tense up. I had to do a lot of training with her to make sure that this behaviour didn't continue with this person and that it wouldn't develop in any other ways. I hope that helps and if this is something your worried about I would definitely recommend doing some research preemptively to make sure it doesn't happen. Also, congratulations on your new adoption, you guys must be counting down the days! 😊
