Hi Ladies, so I have learned it’s ok to let go of the items that don’t fit me. I used to keep the maybe it will fit. Honestly, I don’t think it for when I bought it Lol. So I did let a lot of my fall/winter clothes go and I started to buy what I feel good in. Loved the video! ❤❤
My dear sisters in Christ, please give yourself some grace! Grief is hard and having experienced the loss of my own mother, please use this time in your life to get even closer to God, to purge your life of things that do not bring you joy and to focus on each other. It’s such a blessing to see the relationship that you and your daughter have, I was (and still am even though she’s in Heaven) this close to my mom, we are best friends. Sending both of you big hugs and praying for both of you that God may bless and comfort you both and send you His peace and joy in what really matters in life. Also speaking from a professional organizers standpoint: self positivity is important and I would encourage you not to hang onto anything that doesn’t fit you or make you feel beautiful; love yourself enough to only keep what you can wear and not have a whole stack of clothes that make you think about how much weight you want to lose every time you look at them. Set yourself realistic goals and start eating healthier (give up the sugar if you can, it will make the biggest health difference and eat as few processed foods as possible) and then as you achieve them, BUY YOURSELF NEW CLOTHES! You deserve to reward yourself for doing the right thing for your health! May God bless you both always, I love your videos and have laughed and cried with both of you. ♥️🙏🏻🫂
Thank you so much for your beautiful kind words. Im so sorry for the loss of your mother who also was you best friend. It's so hard. But with Christ we can get through anything. And feel his love surround us and bring us peace and comfort. And we could not as for a better guardian angel than our own mothers. 🩷 Thank you so much for your input about the clothes. Your words have been in my head repeatedly lol. And have motivated me to want to go through them yet again and get rid of more lol And thank you for the health advice too!
@ Aww big hugs, thank you for your kind response as well! God is so good and He is my everything; I truly learned how to to lean into Him and His strength when I lost my mom and His hand on my shoulder is my constant source of strength and peace. Its the least we can do as daughters of Christ to shower each other with encouragement and prayer! You and your daughter will remain in my prayers and I feel so blessed I was able to help even a little bit!
Cardigans are my favourite type of clothing as well. I've had shoulder issues for years and they're much easier to put on than a pullover. It's also easier to gear down without messing up your hair!
You did soooo good!! I'm sure you can declutter some more of these things in the future. Right now you did the most important part; do I like it or not. 🥰♥️
Aww hugs Rebecca. I had a night last week where I spent the whole night in bed because I missed my daddy so much. The holidays are SO rough. Don't wash that shirt. But wear it if you need to sometimes.
I am so sorry you are going through this. My heart goes out to you. Sending big hugs. I knew losing a parent was going to be hard, but I didn't realize how hard until I finally experienced it. It's so hard. I definitely don't plan on washing that shirt . I sure didn't expect it to hit me like that, though. Im praying for you friend 🩷🫂🙏
You got rid of half I love a cardigans too! I need to buy more pink lol Girl in the new year not far off now we can all do a weight loss video to help each other. My god seeing the surgeon next week to book the 2nd knee getting replaced have kidney disease now too need to lose weight to help myself I just turned 62 I am not old enough for this crap lol. We can do it but don't have hope before Xmas but will still try my best.
I was shocked how many I got rid of but I'm fixing to declutter again what I had decided to keep. It's still to much. Lol 🙆♀️. Yes, weight loss journey would make some good videos could be helpful too. I will be praying all goes well with the surgery. My mom had kidney disease. She was on dialysis for several years before she passed. Just try to stay positive and take your goals one day at a time. You can do it. It's all about mind set.

And you can dress them up and dress them down. And they are just cozy!
Love watching y'all :)
