That sweep is old, and I do mean old and back in the day we didn't call it a spider sweep....Fernando Terere Augusto made that sweep famous back in the the 90's and it was called the Spider Sweep, check out any of Terere fights.....Now for you guys who don't know who Terere is he's Cobrino and Galvao original sensei! Terere has tapped Marcelo Garcia when no one could back in 2003!
Aggression , multiple sweep attempts some of them are quite close. What did Kron do to earn the ref decision ? staying on top with zero passing attempt? This fight is very similar to Tarsis vs Romulo in 2009.
How does Michael think he won? They both got sweeps and then Michael stayed on the bottom, he never really came near any submission and Kron kept the pressure on, the win goes to Kron, now had Langhi stayed on top and stayed aggressive he would have won but the bottom feeders will always lose if they just constantly defend!
If Langhi was as awesome as you say he should have been able to do more than what he did! I know he's good but you can't lay on your ass the entire fight and then expect to win! What you call a guard is what I call stalling! Either you get your fuckin points or you submit the bastard, but what you don't do is lay on your ass the entire fight! And that's why Kron won and it didn't have anything to do with his name being Gracie! He won because he didn't lay on his ass the entire fuckin fight!
I guess when your last name is Gracie and your father, Rickson Gracie, is viewed as a "God" by many in the BJJ community, it does help you win some matches. Acho que quando o teu ultimo nome e Gracie, e o teu pai (Rickson Gracie) e tratado come se fosse um "deus", nao e de surpresa que tu ganharas algumas lutas por causa disso.
@Meatballstar agreed but there are plenty on the original Carlos Gracie lineage still competing all the time. Roger, Kayron, Kyra, etc.

Kayron and Kron are definitely the faces of the new Gracie generation .
amaze me they are 23/4 years old only.
@vincespell why are you guys fighting when durinho won the entire thing
Much respect to both men for a great, technical fight. Having said that, I would have given it to Langhi. Tough call either way.
8:44 amazing sweep attempt by langhi.. nice
head defense by kron
around 4:10 beautifull basic sweep by Kron
@DeanNowling because?
Langhi won for sure. Langhi ganhou disparado.
Langhi all the way with that sweep!
BJJ will be an olympic sport someday!!
Kron is going to be better than ALL of his family
looooooooool good luck with beating the 10 world championships that Roger Gracie got
@DeanNowling the juiz didnt count one advantage 8:59 :/

00:26 - hey, draculino lol
I wasn't even a tough call. Langhi should have been awarded 4 advantages due to near sweeps. Kron two advantages at most. Shameful decision...

GARFO
Interesting bjj match that is almost irrelevant to MMA or real fight.
michael langhi is on steroids.
