Another belter. This is currently my favourite channel. What I like the most is that you don’t care what people think. Good for you. The moaners are pricks anyway.
Already feel ancient having just achieved 50 years of age... 1981...jesus what I'd give!.. Anyway... Great episode again... Going to be a right bit of kit... Sure she will love it especially personalised. Also the bit left in the barrel get less and less as the years creep on... 😉... Carry on... great job.
The V is look great and I have all respect for building this guitar for the little girl hope see her play it too I really enjoy your builds have great week
Paul. You are smashing this and I hope you get to greatness. From the relaxed attitude, the one liners, movie references alongside actually building decent guitars, you make it so engaging. Keep up the good work Mate and I will happily follow what you. Wish you and the Family well.
There i was dealing very well with my trauma about the old mans amount of glue squeeze-out. Now i have to deal with the fact there is always something left in the barrel. Thanks. Those bats are wicked, i realy love that, she is going to love that. Great build, great channel, thank you Sir.
Coming along nicely, you caught me off guard with the Thursday release. When you retire you forget what day it is, every day is whatever you want it to be. I thought, holy shit it's Friday? Did I sleep through Thursday? Anyway I enjoy your vids whenever you put them up, I'll watch. The humor, craftsmanship, tools are always entertaining. And I like all kinds of guitars, pointy, round, or just plain weird. Thanks and we'll see you next week.
Great video amigo, and just as humorous and batshit crazy as usually. Particularly liked the sleeping dog, and calling us dickheads (don’t stop that). The guitar is coming along nicely. Loving the inlays. Amelia is going to be very lucky to own that axe. Perhaps based on your comments the sander could be Viscious Bastardous ! Can’t wait for the next vid. PS digging the fancy coloured lights on the tool wall 👍
cool mate....this was a pretty clean episode!! Are you becoming one of those polite geezer !?! Next you are gonna come into the workshop with a cup of Earl Grey ffs. Anyway good work, its almost there, hope the vampirina likes it and that she going to vampi-shred with it. Have a good one 👽🤘
@@Milehousestudios its a quality of articulation that, actually, not everyone can successfully carry out, and I mean that! Have a great week end in the UK mate and looking forward to the next installment. Ciao!
Lovely to see you fork yourself 😁 I like the bats, nice touch, don't like pointy guitars much, but as they go this is a nice one. I have a Tele and a strat and a couple of nice acoustics, no pointy stuff! I know you're doing this for a younger person, you're a real good guy (I know, you're really not), but you are! Thank Mrs. RIchards for letting you do this work! Mrs Geezer loves your humor!
Since Chris Buck is your new best friend, and you exchange friendship bracelets and talk on the phone about your hopes and dreams... I suggest your next build be a DuoSonic style guitar. I've never seen anyone do a DuoSonic build, which makes it novel, but with the familiarity of a Fender build. Also, DuoSonics have a few challenges which should make it interesting: Shorter scale length and unusual pick-ups (opportunity for a collaboration with a custom pick-up winder maybe). P.S. My suggestion for the new scalloping jig: Sandy Duncan.
😂 Nice suggestion. There are a ton of commissions on the bench now which I'll film. This will definitely go on the list. PS...He's not returned my calls since 🤣
First visit to your channel immediately subscribed very informative but very entertaining what a natural I'm an enthusiastic guitar costomiser and you inspire me Cheers
Love the bats. Can't wait to see the frets go in and how you deal with the epoxy. Really wan't to try a few things but not sure how the frets will act changing from wood to epoxy.
Thats coming along nicely !!!... I like pointy guitars... product of my misspent youth I bet !!! Pointy guitars and lots of hair..... oh to be young again....hahaha....blacked out hardware and a really hot humbucker will round it all up perfectly !
I'm definitely not a pointy guitar guy... I'm here for the shits and giggles - and what a fun wee build! Oh, and the guitars name could be Maggie - tho I s'pose it won't have a red head. And yep - I'm old... from the same year you Brits rightly ditched imperial measurements
Love it! “Pointy Guitars” bring me back to the ‘80s and hair bands… anyway, for fucks sake: you’re like a sniper with that laser sighting on the drill press! lol. Maybe, maybe you could call that the “AmeliaCaster”??? (Hope I’ve spelled her name right?)… might be a nice touch to have her own signature guitar!
I've watched all your videos and they are great. I love your jigs so i will copy them for my guitar builds. Can you tell me where you got your ferrule jig ,because i can't seem to find this tool anywhere. Thank you . Have a great day.
Always enjoy your vids. Mind if I ask a couple of questions? I'm going to anyway... 1. Would you recommend getting a laser engraver? I have a small cnc but the moving bed makes this task difficult on a guitar shaped/sized object. 2. If you would recommend, what is the one you're using (I think you mentioned it in an old video)? 3. What inserts are you using for the next bolts? Are they just boggo ones from Screwfix? Ta la.
1. My engraver is a NEJE 3 from Amazon. It's very basic but does what I need. It doesn't cut. I'd love a beast but don't have space. 2. My CNC has a 1220 x 1220mm cutting bed. I don't have the knowledge to cut guitars out on it yet 🤣 3. Screwfix all the way...and amazon/ebay etc. Normally 30mm m6 countersunk bolts.

Oi - can we have 'part 1, part 2' added to the video titles. Lifes hard enough without having to work out "whys he doing that before doing the other...." x
Nice job. I hate the Warlock headstock, too. But have you ever shown how you do the bolt on system you use? Or are you they standard screws with cup washers in countersunk holes?
@@Milehousestudios that's an excellent choice. I stumbled across Tonerider some years ago and I really like them.
