Lion goes semi with the royal musk since they have a build limit, i think he just hits that build limit and goes for the age up.
15:44 the bourbon goons also have pretty insane hand attack and ranged resist. when the royal musk pull out the glocks youre in trouble.
14:50 thats bourbon reforms, a tech he gets at embassy. gives xp for shipments the later age shipments give more xp. It is capped at 2k xp.

The Napoleonic Era card cost 1789 food because it’s the year of the French revolution and 1815 coins for the battle of Waterloo where Napoleon was defeated by the coalition. (I’m a genuine frog)

12:14 Those extra shipments he got is the result of Bourbon Reforms, a tech available at the native embassy after sending the Age 1 Ancien Regime.
It cost 300 of each resource, but it grants you up to 2000 exp with techs you research or have researched and shipments you send or have sent. That's why you saw exp values displayed when hovering over the cards in his deck.
So, aside from Mercantilism, you also get a second, cheaper Mercantilism.

When I saw you lose that fight at 25:56 I thought it was GG for you with those camels and Bosniaks. I was so annoyed that Lionheart just seemed to have access to all this mind blowing shipments while you had to defend with standard Dutch units . I think it was a huge mistake of him to split his Bosniaks and camels to kill your vills. When you cleaned him up at 28:05, that's where you won the game in my opinion. Lion should have just resigned then and there, because he would have had to have insane micro to out play you with basically mostly infantry and no way to get more artillery than you .

Revolutionary france is kinda broken TBH needs to be nerfed. Batch training better combat villagers (granted they gather slower), and their shipments are insane. It's basically better to go Revolutionary France than to go Imp as France

Another thing to consider with advancing to the Napoleonic Era as Rev France is it refunds the cost of the card, so that ~2000f ~2000c is refunded

The only reason Kaiser fucks up is because he's hellbent on not using any new cards and tactics, he'd even do well if he freaking revised his decks for once.
