- Jamia Millia Islamia's Residential Coaching Academy, it was a moment of celebration for the institution. A total of twenty-three students, including nine girls from RCA, have been selected for the Civil Services 2021. These students will further get IAS, IPS, IFS, and other central services. RCA-JMI provides free coaching with a hostel facility to minorities, SC/ST, and women candidates.

Muslim population is relatively less educated then other population in india . That why the productivity of camunity in national devlopment is less.
Also the sikh , jain , parsi have more education then hindus their part of nation building is large .

Income criteria of Parents also needs to be included in this if this is to be made truly inclusive and truly for the vulnerable sections.
That's already included, prior to get entry people have to disclose their background , and many other things asked during interview, and then final decision come into consideration. So it's one of the best and most inclusive progrmame of govt.
