I purchased Nexon Ev Fearless plus LR last year December, Hyderabad On full charge, it’s giving 333 km with AC EV car is good for only city driving .. I got my car delivered in December 23. I have had 5 breakdowns since then. The service guys are incompetent to solve the issue. Tata is ignorant, they wont accept their mistake saying no one else is reporting. Its so frustrating that sometime I feel like burning down the car and post the incident on social media to seek attention from Tata. I fear going to the office in busy hours, as there is no surity that the car wont breakdown anytime , ruining the day for not only me but many commuters. Last time, the car gave a strong jerk and stopped working in the middle of the road. There were other vehicles moving in full speed who could have bumped into my vehicle. Shame on TATA. Shame on TATA. Shame on TATA. Shame on TATA. This is the second video I have found on youtube admitting the issue or sudden breakdown. TATA should immediately stop EV car production and sell bullock carts instead. Releasing a new EV car every alternate month wont improve your market presence. Whatever reputation TATA has in the market is being spoiled because of their EV cars.

Don't take your family for long distance otherwise you have to face severe problems.

While waiting in signal don't put gear to neutral. Leave it on drive mode and engage parking brake. When signal clears, disengage parking brake and drive away.
I have been using Nexon EV Max without any issues. It is a great product from Tata Motors. Just charge it overnight at home and go for 270 kms without any fear @ ₹0.90/Km. If you need to go for the next 270 kms, use a public charger, this costs about ₹3.60 /Km. It is also necessary to stop for an hour in between for a 540 kms long journey. It is unfortunate that Madam had to face issues. But this should be considered an exception as sometimes any product has some unusual issues.
Indeed it is a great product and it’s not about the problem she faced with the Nexon, it’s all about the pain she had to go through to get it fixed..brand should understand their responsibility doesn’t end when a customer buys a product, actually it starts from that point.
Indian EVs are children compared to Chinese EVs that have loads of modern features that Indians cannot even think of !!! To experience Chinese EVs, plz visit Nepal.

Poor people. Tata is selling poor quality cars and making their R & D at the cost of common public. We in india does not have customer protection rules and TATA is misusing this facility.
Why unneccessarily complicate your life when something like a Grand Vitara CNG would've been much better considering the long commute route where I'm sure night driving is also involved? I shudder to think what could happen if the car breaks down in the night in the middle of the e-way. The other problem is that there's no resale market for EVs either, so the owner's kinda stuck with this unless a gullible buyer comes along.

Second hand evs may well be pricier than ICEs in same segment BECAUSE upfront price was way high and sellers may not be willing to take that big a hit, but that's just list price. But what's the strike price on which deal is done? From the information available it's clear that the depreciation hit is much more because of the battery life phenomenon (relative to ices where low-run cars of brands like MS and Toyota generally go for more than their IDVs, so notionally no loss). This person has bought an ev new. Second-hand ICE values are of no concern to her. She has to compare her car's resale now with her new car cost and I suspect the gap would be huge, much bigger than what it would have been had she bought an ICE like GV CNG that's about the same price as her Nexon EV. china runs without hybrid and i rode ev bikes for 9 years in china.. problem in india is roadside mechanics are not capable to repair evs.. infact ev is very easy to repair when compared to ice
Tata has issues, music system issues in my altroz after 8 months... after many calls to customer care finally agreed to change the part. Only build quality is good, tata still has many issues related to customer service.. it is not up to the mark seeing their car sales each month.
@@Auto9_official actually issue is tata is selling approx 50k cars a month.. their SCs and body shop are filled with cars.. sudden spike in sales since last 1-1.5 years... Overall it is satisfactory hope it improves

Auxiliary Battery is charged by the main battery. A sensor is used to do this function .
It wasn’t her wise decision to buy medium range version now company is offering 2 lakh discount now top end cost 185000 that too long range empowered+
The same happened with me in 1500km. My battery got changed.. steering problem, software issues, heating issues.. do not buy tata ev cars.
