    어쩐지 보양식인데 제목에 라면이 있더라니 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 역시 최고의 보양식은 내가 좋아하는 음식,,, 아무튼 기분이 좋으면 몸도 건강해지는 게 맞지! 아무튼 맞음!

    항상 기다리고 기다리던 만칼로리 챌린지 ㅎㅎㅎ 이번에도 너무 재밌었네요😁😁 보양식 1년치 한번에 다 드신거 같은데... ㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 요즘 보양식 잘 안챙겨먹다보니까 ㅎㅎ... 근데 범님이 아무리 라면을 좋아하신다해도 보양식 마지막을 라면으로 장식하실줄은 상상도 못했... ㅋㅌㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 이정도면 라면 얼마나 좋아하시는거지 😂😂

    진짜 삼계탕 백숙 내 최애 음식 ㅠㅠ 닭 적으면 아쉬워서 닭 많이 주는 집 많이감 ㅋㅋ 퍽퍽살 잘 안먹는 편인데 백숙이나 삼계탕 퍽퍽살은 맛있게 잘 먹음

      곱창 대창 막창만 칼로리 높지 나머지 간 허파 등은 지방 낮고 단백질함량 높아서 다이어트 음식이라고 해도 손색없을정도입니당
