At this day and age, it's very cool for a President of a company to personally contact a reviewer by phone to clear up some issues their product may or may not have. It's great customer service. It tells me they have high standards and hold themselves accountable. Thanks for updating us Anthony, since I had to cancel a pre-order for him because of a non-issue after all and I'll go back and order him again.
i agree. it's good to have a collector running the company instead of some ceo only concerned with $$$
AnthonysCustoms Finally purchased this figure today and as soon as I opened the box the left arm and hat fell out lol. Okay, that's not good but will it hold? yes, fortunately the left arm is tight and the hat is slightly loose but otherwise stays in place. My only issue with the figure is the right arm which does come off easily at times when I pose it. I'm deliberating whether I should exchange it or not. I'll
still keep on posing it to see if it's a recurring issue.
As always, not always on the same page as you when it comes to figures but I have to say, you know how to do your job and you do it really well. The fact that you took the time to not only talk to the guy in charge but also make this video to bring potential buyers all the information you can is a proof of professionalism. Good job bro !

I've had contact on a few occasions with Andrew myself and he's a very helpful guy. I had a couple of minor issues with figures which he sorted out really quickly for me. It's great to see a company going the extra mile for their customers.

I met the Producer of Storm Collectibles at Comic Con Dubai this year. Very nice guy, he told me that they spend about 2 years of designing each action figure.
No wonder they take so long. But at least the figures themselves are worth it.
Great update Anthony!!! How cool is it that they actually listened to you and contacted you. I hope they take some of your input into account and implement it. The mere fact that they contacted you shows that they are an amazing company that cares...

Btw, looking forward to Chun. And I'm actually going to get Akuma anyways, even though that mane looks silly. Nothing Storm can do, it's Capcom's design. Maybe you can do a custom classic Akuma headsculpt for purchase!

If you can only get one of these super expensive guys, get the Zangief figure. I know at this point it’s the most expensive but damn, they did it right with him. It’s by far the coolest action figure I’ve ever owned.

I don't even play Street Fighter or have a collection, but this guy looks so cool and the price is good, too. So I might be getting him

I had to glue the right bicep on mine the joint peg was short, can't swivel. other than that I still like the figure.

The classic head would’ve been a great inclusion. I like the lion mane version but get why others don’t.
And here I thought I was gonna start moving away from the Storm collectibles line, guess I'm here to stay. I personally like the new Akuma Lion design, I like lions, lol.

I wish this was a 6" figures and not 7".
cmbrock1 if you look at ryu you will see they are bigger than 6". It may be claiming to be 6" but the line is bigger.
SHF Ryu is closer to true 1:12 scale than Storm. Ryu is officially 5'9". I'd settle for flat 6" in figure form.
Raul Pimentel yeah storm's like neca they have their own scale
raidenkeify true that. I was hyped when they said these were 1:12 scale and was very disappointed when I got the final product. Sold mine and got the SHF one instead. My Mezco Captain America is now happy to have an in scale sparring partner.
