Regardless of PR's, the first 5 matches were intense! The entertaining short video at 1:13:30, was a much needed comic relief. Brilliant commentary, I will be making a donation. Thanks to the whole crew, amazing technology afoot. So sharp!
Hi thEre. great matches. Mochy, u r a hero to all Backgammon Players all over the world. guys I got 2 Qs. How many days are they gonna play, and what makes the final decision, the match score or PR?
I really don't know how many days they are playing, but for the results I think they said that if they are tied on the matches the results will be decided using the PR
At a normal score you'd be right. But at 4-away/2-away, the extra risk is perfectly balanced out by the extra gain of winning more gammons. Hideaki loses 2% more games but wins 2% more gammons, and at this score those have equal value. XG has the two plays tied.
I'm really impressed with Hideaki's play. He really deserves a cool nickname like what "Mochy" has. May I suggest "Mr. Hyde" a play on the first two syllables of his name (Hide) and taken from the classic literature character who manifests and grows in incredible power!
whaooo so much to learn from this guys. The back/holding play is incredible by Mochy.
Great stuff. So glad Mochy is bringing it back

1h5m7s: isn't 9/5 3/2 on 41 a safe move? it does not leave 3 shots.

Lucky Hideaki
If I was Victor or Michy or Sax, etc... I’m shaking my head watching this. Any of them could win this and play better.
Everyone has a bad day sometimes.
Your rating system is completely flawed..
wat?
Wow, you really convinced me with that argument. (Sarcasm alert)
@@winthorpetrois I'm here to convince you and I apologize that I didn't succeed at doing that (Sarcasm alert)
so Thomas and Marc are siblings?? lol
Think long think wrong. These guys are supposed to be playing backgammon, not posing. He hasn't even rolled the dice yet. Sorry I can't watch any more
Not impressed.
Why does Ueda dress like he’s in Dragon Ball Z?? It’s just backgammon lol
Traditional Japanese clothing.
