Tips for survival in rlcraft for anyone that reads this:
1. Caves = DEATH: if you dont have at least diamond armor, avoid caves cause monsters will spawn and you have low defense agaisnt geonachs. Instead steal ores from structures or mine in mountains.
2.Get SPEARS: you will find krakes and elemental monsters and you cannot avoid them so get spears for defense so you get the ranged advantage. Iron spears are the best.
3. Get an atlas: Get an atlas everytime you explore so you dont get lost and you have a well detailed map.
4.Dont go in seas!! Avoid travelling in a boat for long distances in a sea, sea serpents are really fast and can one shot you so avoid travelling in seas. Also swimming in water without proper armor is a death sentence.
5.Dont underestimate monsters: if you see an entity that you dont know just be very carefull and at the start of the game if you see a geonach or ect. RUN!
6.If you want to build a house get those 3 things!
1. Get a bunker(must be at least in cobblestone): Get a bunker under your house because dragons can burn your house, blood moons and mob events.
2. Get a green house farm: Winter is tough and you might stay inside your house for long periods of time and without food, you die. And crops cant grow depending of the season But with a green house crops can grow and feed you.
3. Get an animal farm: Easy food for winter and sheeps can get you wool and wool is used for crafting.
Death is unevitable and multiple times you will get killed and lose your best stuff and for most of the cases, the cause of death is just straight up badluck and not because you suck at the game. So dont break your computer. And the best way to learn is by death. ☠
W tips
Not sure I agree with tip #1. Geonachs are super vulnerable to pickaxes, even stone pickaxes will murder them. They're not too hard of an early game enemy, unless you get unlucky (they touch lava and evolve, or it spawns a special geonach). Also from what I understand, geonachs can spawn anywhere you mine ores, not just in caves.
Krakes are easily avoidable, by simply not running. They are a neutral creature, which can be farmed with meat, which is why Krakes follow you when you have meat in your hands. New players panic at something moving at fast speeds at them, and they start to run, which is when the Krake starts attacking, but would stop attacking if you stop running. Not a good source of early xp, but the colored variants can be farmed with colored variants, to make more colored variants, which give far more exp than normal red krakes. They would require their own special enclosure, as they can attack you through 1 block walls if you are too close to the wall. Attacking one krake will make all other krakes aggressive towards you for a period of time, about 20-30 seconds.
Winter food isn't such a huge problem as you make it out to be. One stack of any meat would be more than enough for a winter, unless you are fighting a lot.

RLCraft tips for Caseoh part 1:
Flowers spawn the healing fairy so get a decent ammount of them incase you run out of heals
Edit: also you can craft bandages with string and wool
Craft Ozzy Liner armor to stay cool and every environment/harsh biome
Make an atlas to keep track of where you’ve been
Ozzy is hard to obtain early game so he'd probably be better off just wearing wool armor with torches or bringing a water bucket with him to cool off

If Case just stayed put in one location, he'd survive for longer. The more exploration he does, the worse off he becomes. Find a home, build up a food supply, get diamond armor, enchant it, and then start looking at exploration.

The only way to get better at the game is to explore, caves are worse than surface and the only way he gets diamond armor is leveling up from battle towers/structures that give you enormous amounts of xp and using the op loot you get from these to get strong

Case, dying at this point in the same is completely fine. You get to keep your skills, so it’s super easy to death cycle to find a village with full iron armor and tools. Later on u can also make death scrolls with ender pearls, rotten flesh and paper! Keep going bro ik this game is mad tough but it’s all worth it

He keeps resetting his spawn by using a bed instead of a sleeping bag. Thats why he spawns randomly. Sleeping bags are different than beds. The whole point of the sleeping bag is so u can sleep wherever u want so you dont reset your bed spawn. You can't move beds unless your trying to move your spawn else where. Surely he learned that this episode. just wait till its winter season and he'll keep freezing to death lol

tips for playing rlcraft:
1. if you open your beastiary you can look at all mobs youve encountered and see if theyre friendly or not
2. PLEASE stop breaking the bed that's how you lose your spawn point, use a sleeping bag when traveling
3. the reptile ruckus was an event and they randomly occur and there's different themes which spawn hostile mobs that correspond to the theme, id recommend staying indors and wait for them to despawn.
4. dungeons give amazing loot and always have layers, the more difficult the better the layers, you can put torches od spawners to stop mobs from spawning and breaking them for xp
5. find heart crystal shards, you can put 9 together and make a heart crystal which gives you and extra heart.
6. when opening a chest you can press the sorting icons to group items together making it faster and easier to take out of chests

The funny thing is that even if he were to find some amazing items in a chest, his low Attack, Agility, etc. skill levels would have prevented him from using any of the good items anyway. So he was running around searching chests for nothing. This mod rewards patience in the early game, you have to do the basics to level up. Very funny episode though
