Tbh I heard this song before I found out about Vegnabus, went to Ibiza yesterday and only realised they were the originally singers. I thought it was always a six flags song in mind, I guess this commercial was on a lot when I was a kid. Nostalgia!
I was born in 86, and the 90s were a fun time. And so were the early 2000s. Things really seemed to start going downhill around 2010. But the 90s was a fun time of Gameboys, Pokemon, shopping malls, great cartoons like Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, Sonic the Hedgehog, Talespin, Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, Bucky O'Hare, Batman, Superman, etc. Lunchables were also way better back then, than they are now. I'd say the biggest downside of then compared to now is the internet sucked then because it was dialup. The early 2000s had some great stuff too. Like Teen Titans. But then more than a decade later they made the travesty that is Teen Titans Go. The old Justice League cartoon was great. As was the He-Man reboot. We need more stuff like that now. But the FCC has networks so constricted, they can't do the same kind of humor anymore. Looney Tunes aren't even allowed to have guns. What the hell is Elmer Fudd gonna do without his shotgun?
I’m a 95 baby I really love how we got the nostalgia and early tech from the 90s and early 2000s but also get to live in this time, I remember having a flip phone and a iPod touch in high school, huge advancements but we also got a taste of what it was in middle school and elementary like before everyone had a cell phone, now that’s the new baby sitter for a a lot of parents and are given to kids as toddlers, it’s wild

The end of the adult swim video is actually close to what happened. When they brought back Mr. Six in 2009 for the season and back in 2010, there were those who loved him and those who detested him. So at the end of 2010 he was retired - permanently - to make those who hated him happy. Too bad as the dancer who created him back in 2004 is actually a well known chorographer and it is quite catchy.
I loved this guy and the song too! I sure miss the place for the rides and shows but Seaworld had a better Halloween festivities with their Haunted Forest.

First heard this song in a movie I rented in 2002 for my nephew called, "Spooky House" starring Ben Kingsley as a magician named "The Great Zamboni" (no I am not making this up! How on Earth they ever got Ben Kingsley to do that movie is beyond me - he either owed someone a favor or he was related to one of the kids in it!) Anyway, then they started using this in the Six Flags commercials and all I could think of was that movie.

I was surprised to see this again it does bring back great memories. I couldn't help of laughing when I seen this for the first time I still laughing when I watch this.
Back when this was the peak commercial that it was, I remember distinctly how often kids my age at the time were asking to go to six flags. Maybe their actual stats on attendance the first year or 2 after they introduced this commercial disagreed, but I don't remember people talking about out six flags much before or after these commercials stopped, but for a short time, everyone was on the six flags bus in my area
