Hearing you discuss your boiler and handwashing totally makes me think about my mother-in-law! When I visit her in Hereford I’m not allowed to wash my hands with hot water. Or rinse dishes. It’s a hard habit to break! 🥶 Your gas and electric costs are ridiculously high in the UK!

I live alone and my living room is large and open plan to the kitchen. I have a elec heater in my bedroom and only heat the bedroom, I also have my computer and my smart TV in there.
Hi Imo- so yeah I’m shocked by how much the gas/Elec has gone up. I also use the cold tap, economy washes on the washing machine and I tend to use the slow cooker to batch cook ready meals and then they can be warmed back up in the microwave as it’s cheaper! I hope you have a lovely holiday. Me and my son have just got back from Devon for a few days away before his mock exams. Lots of love x

Be thankful you can binge watch Voyager, I had to wait a week between episodes when I watched in the 90s :)My gosh has it been that long already?? Most of the cast is doing well today, i still see them once in a while at conventions, except for Jennifer Lien who played Kes, her life took a real turn for the worse after she left the show :(

Gas and electricity has got expensive the daily standing charges for us even if we use none is 130 a day 😑 not goodx
