I've been following these lads from the first time I saw them at Indigo in London (Dec 2012) until the most recent time I saw them in Shoreditch the other night. I've been going to gigs since 1968 and this group is one of the highlights of all that time. They have matured into first class musicians and songwriters and their future is still in front of them.
Saw them here in Brazil yesterday! I'm thrilled with this video! Young boys got talent since early! These guys did a great show here in Brazil! It means rock n' roll is not dead!
Jeez! They were so good even then! It's great to see how they've developed in stage confidence. Playing 1 hour + sets at that age is amazing. Love this band.
I can see now how Beatles and stones went from this They were already good now they are fantastic Worthy runners for both the aforementioned Man these lads killed it I am 65 Long live the strypes
Thanks for uploading. What a great bunch if lads. If only all bands were prepared to learn their trade, and serve out their apprenticeship instead of looking for instant fame and success on talent shows.
É mesmo impressionante o vigor e as referências desses garotos. Bebendo em fontes como The Jam, The Beatles, Who, etc só pode resultar em um trabalho muito bom. Vamos esperar as composições próprias.

Irish, they might be from Caven or at least 2 of them it says Caven TV. can't remember but i think their form Caven. Yes I remember thinking Caven sounds like The Caven where the Beatles played
What was that original song they played in the encore. It's sounds very beatle-like and they don't sound like that anymore. Maybe they scrapped it because it didn't fit their sound. Hopefully they use it again though cause it was awesome.
just what my father said about the Beatles. He was a great man, Navy officer, husband, father, Grandfather, Greatgrandfather, brother, son, etc! I think these are mini mes' of The Beatles. I hope they are just inspired by the Beatles not copyig them.
Oh, is that who is the "Phantom Drummer"? Wondered. I hope these guys achieve everything they want to. What is each ones names.I like "The 1975". Lot's of great musicians from The U K!
number 08 is not Phil Collins. It's 'Love is like a) Heatwave first performed by Martha & the Vandellas in 1963. It's pure Soul/Rhythm N'Blues. It's been covered by the Who, the Jam etc and the horrible Phil Collins :-)
...38:55 Love Potion No. 9... ...43:55 I Wanna Be Your Man, 46:03 I Wish You Would, 48:50 Got Love If You Want It, 53:44 So It Goes, 56:38 Rain... ...1:03:30 Citizen Kane (original), 1:08:15 I'm A Boy, 1:11:35 I'm A Man, 1:14:34 My Generation...
Very good performance. They look great too, which always helps. The only detail is that the singer can't reach the high notes. Could be from a lack of singing experience and/or his age. It's sometimes hard for teen boys at that age when their voice is changing etc..... Go lads.
"When George Martin offered the Beatles a record deal, the plan was that the group would record songs written by others, like most pop groups did at the time. It was almost unheard of that pop groups wrote their own music. Even the Beatles' pre-fame live repertoire consisted almost exclusively of *cover* songs." Hence the Beatles got noticed/signed playing almost exclusively covers.

Their musicianship progression in three years is simply incredible.
Excellent really.

The bass player is Macca, Entwistle, Wyman and Chandler reborn. Great drummer too. I hope these guys stay together. They're going to be amazing..
we can see how much and wide they practice and they were good in it. and now they are one of the best rock band in the world...
Jeez! They were so good even then! It's great to see how they've developed in stage confidence. Playing 1 hour + sets at that age is amazing. Love this band.
These boys seriously jam.
I can see now how Beatles and stones went from this They were already good now they are fantastic Worthy runners for both the aforementioned Man these lads killed it I am 65 Long live the strypes
They are the best band in thirty years! Up there with the Kinks and the Stones of '64!
You can see the crowd grow after every song :)
Long live this video now that The Strypes are gone.
They covered The Last Shadow Puppets and Miles Kane? Ok, I love them.

(Love Is Like A) Heatwave is by Martha and the Vandellas (notably covered by the Who). I die a little inside when you credit Phil Collins with it.
thanx for your remark! (i was going to rectify that error myself)
Beatles/oasis. I got my eyes on them.
come a long way in two years great band, pity about the camera angle can't see evan

Irish, they might be from Caven or at least 2 of them it says Caven TV. can't remember but i think their form Caven.

João, se não me engano, eles lançaram um ep, com músicas próprias, estão cada vez melhores. Abraços. Olha só esse concerto:
Oh, is that who is the "Phantom Drummer"? Wondered. I hope these guys achieve everything they want to. What is each ones names.I like "The 1975". Lot's of great musicians from The U K!

you can tell the bassist is inspired by early John Entwistle.
Very good performance. They look great too, which always helps. The only detail is that the singer can't reach the high notes. Could be from a lack of singing experience and/or his age. It's sometimes hard for teen boys at that age when their voice is changing etc..... Go lads.
