Vivekananda Rock Memorial

Vivekananda Rock Memorial was built as a mark of respect to the legendary Swami Vivekananda in 1970. It is one of the major places to visit in Kanyakumari. Swamiji attained enlightenment at this place while sitting on a rock and meditating. The Memorial is a major tourist destination with its majestic statue of Swami Vivekananda at the backdrop of the mighty Indian Ocean.
Thiruvalluvar Statue
The statue was constructed from 1990 till 1999 to honour the imminent Tamil poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar. He is phenomenal in the world of literature for his exemplary works on Tirukkural, a Tamil literary creation. The statue was designed and created by a famous sculptor Dr. V. Ganapati Sthapati and was opened to the public on 1st January 2000. The Thiruvalluvar Statue - Great Tamil Poet and Philosopher Adjacent to this building there is a Swami Vivekanand Memorial both the Monuments located on a small island, visible from Kanyakumari Beach. You need to take a ferry to reach there. Ferry Ticket - Rs 50 per person Escape the que - Rs 200 per person
Gandhi Mandapam

Gandhi Mandapam is one of the most respected places to visit in Kanyakumari. It is at this place the ashes of our Father of Nation Gandhi's ashes were kept before immersing into the sea. The mandapam is a memorial constructed in 1956 in remembrance of the Great Leader of our country.

The walls Fort is a monument with significant historical value. The Fort is currently protected and preserved by the Archaeological Department of India. Located amid the sea shores at one side and the astonishing views of the Western Ghats on the other side, the Fort is a must visit for tourists vacationing in TamiNaru.

আপনি থাকার ঘর দেখালেন, কিন্তু টয়লেটে কমোড আছে কিনা জানান নি, কারণ এখন অনেকেই কমোড ছাড়া টয়লেট ব্যবহার করতে পারেন না। আর তাছাড়া থাকার জন্য ঘর পিছু কি রকম ডোনেশন দিতে হয় সেটাও জানান।
ডোনেশান আপনার সাধ্য মতন দেবেন। আমরা যে রুমটাতে ছিলাম সেখানে কোমোড ছিলনা।
বাকি তথ্যের জন্য ভিডিওতে দেয়া ফোন নম্বর দেখে ওখানে ফোন করতে পারেন।

আমরা 13/03/23 তারিখ কন্যাকুমারী ভারত সেবাশ্রম সংঘ ছিলাম, সবাই ঠিক আছে তবে guest room এর বাথরুম ও টয়লেট খুবই অপরিক্ষার মনেহয় অনেক দিনের মধ্যে পরিক্ষার করা হয়নি।
