    모든죽은 찹쌀밥해서 믹서기에 갈아서 만들면 뚝딱임

    생마를 갈아먹으니 설사를 했는데 끓이면 설사하지 않을까요?

      넹 익히면 일부 영양소가 파괴된다고 하는데... 그래도 몸에는 좋으니 익혀서 함 드셔보세용 저는 익혀서 먹으니 괜찮더라구욜

    쌀 2 : 찹쌀 1을 30분이상 불려준뒤
    살짝 갈아줍니다 ( 미리 갈아주면 시간 단축 )
    이것을 30분 동안 약중불로 끓여 주세요
    끓일때 젓지 마세요 절대루 ~^^
    쌀이 퍼질즈음
    마, 잣, 물을 넣고 곱게간 것을 넣어
    10분 정도 끓인다
