yea. 2022 was another good one, even though it has Star Walking as the anthem (IMO, weakest anthem), it has very a great stage. Everything looked so expensive. While 2023... it was a pity they went to 2020 ugly CGI route this year. I guess they prefer to use expensive Kpop idols instead of focus on making the stage as great as this one. Well, at least those girls gave Keria good buff to win this year. So it didn't matter.

I remember this opening ceremony just leaving me in awe of the effects afterwards. No worlds has even come remotely close to how impressed this year's did!
The special effects are INCREDIBLE!! Like especially during Ekko's part! Soyeon surprisingly has almost no special effects to her part but with her stage presence and talent it's not really needed anyway haha they all did so well! GJ Riot, another resounding success!

Duckwrth, Thutmose, and Becky G are the most clear differences (note I'm not saying they sound bad, I think everyone killed it in the performance) from the produced animated music video. Keke's voice matches so well with how it was made in the animation though that you can't tell with her. That's how well she sang it, it's perfect.
People keeps talking about soyeon but Duckwrth had the hardest part, especially the watchumean. If he was even 0.1 sec late the whole scene would be ruined but he done everything in perfection. Complete respect to the tech team and him
