I'm an original Goth from 1980 and I have only just discovered this band recently. I can honestly say I think they are better than their predecessors, what a joy to listen to, telling anyone who'll listen about them. They have made me love Goth again. Thankyou boys, you are really quite awesome.
Yes, they are very good and I like them too, but the sound is pastiche, that has to be admitted. Doesn't make them bad, but to say they are "better than their predecessors" really does do a massive injustice to the people they are "ripping off" in my view; most notably Sisters, Fields, Joy Division, the Cure and Depeche Mode. It's like a cool mix of all those bands, but let's not pretend that there is anything groundbreaking - or better than the aforementioned - going on here.
I saw them live at TJ... was awesome so kindly people show was amazing and welcome, I just discovered them like a year ago listening to Sister of Mercy🖤🦇

I may seem crazy but this makes me want to cry. It’s so dark and I love it. It also gives me chills. This is my first time hearing it. It’s like Bauhaus, The Cure, Radiohead, and Massive Attack. It’s almost too much for me to take. I always cry with deep music and I’ll listen over and over again. I love it so much. May be the meds kicking. I forgot to add Depeche Mode.
