Nooooo! Mint Condition is NOT "a boy band", they are an extremely talented band with top teir musicians, sangerz, ALLLLLL DAT! Y'all need to see em live! And they sangin and playing they instruments for real! FAAAACTZ!💙🎶🎤🎶💙🤗
They aren't a boy band They are a funk band who happen to be a direct descendant of Prince..they are from the same hometown ...research..you will be shocked. The lead singer was the drummer who had to step in for the previous lead...
This is probably the best r&b song to come out of the late 80's to end of the 90's. What Kind of Man Would I Be. Is also a huge song by them and well worth a listen.
I promise you will not get tired of this. I was around 13 when this came out. Im 47 its frkn 2024 and this still makes me weak. I remember playing it for my Dad in the car and the beginning almost made him crash cuz i had it up so loud. I shouldve prepared him lol Anyways my Father is long past but we enjoyed this masterpiece together for over a decade but it gave memories for a lifetime ❤❤❤❤❤❤ Love this reaction
One of the amazing things about Mint Condition is that Stokely was not supposed the be the lead singer. It sort of happened by chance because of something that happened at time of recording their first song to the lead singer. There is no way I can ever imagine Mint Condition without Stokely singing lead. Their unique vocals on all their classics start with his lead vocals. That man can saaanngg.
I saw Mint Condition in Hammersmith London. Their drummer was mind blowing, he caused me to appreciate drumming contributions and drumming is a language on its own. You guys found a 90’s gem
It's an R&B band. The lead singer is Stockley. Very popular in the 90's and early 2000's. I can tell the guy on the right had this on repeat back in the day 😂
You guys hit the jackpot! You really don't know what you discovered but I will simply say this. Every album, I mean, every album, is worth listening to at least once to hear Stokley Williams sing.
Stokley Williams the lead singer also plays the drums on all the songs on that 1st album. He has a great solo career now. In my profile pic is them. They are great guys
One of my favorite groups...who played their own instruments...not beats machine. 90's music was the best! One of my favorite songs is "You Send Me Swingin"...hope you can do that reaction.
This is my favourite song of all time. Such a talented band. Stokley still my guy till this day. Been playing mint from school days 1991. Still playing it like it's new. Nothing like live instrument's
Great reaction guys I got introduced to this song in about 2009 when I was in college an older friend put me on to this group( I was going through all the classics when or before I was born.
Myyyyyy manz ont the right is me while I play Mint Condition while driving, he is in a casual zone "right now!" People will look I crank up rhe volume and most will sing with me! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Not a boy band they were adults and played their own instruments. But you should also hear -U send me swingin-Believe in Us-Nothing Left to say-hell just listen to all of their stuff 😂🔥
I love ur channel 💕Pls consider reviewing 1. ORDINARY PAIN (a bad break up) 2. Living For The City (emotional) and 3. Joy Inside My Tears (emotional) by Mr Stevie Wonder they are my top favs by him
Man this was so dope to see. guy on the left looked like it can’t get any better than that sax hit and he was floored lol react to mint condition what kind of man and you send me swinging or any 90s r&b)
Stokley is sitting in the middle, the drummer & singer, didn't want to sing. He was "just" a drummer. When they heard him they said yo a$$ is sangin! 🤣💓 The guy right behind Stokley is Kerry who married Toni Braxton.
One of the reasons why i hate reaction videos is because the people reacting can’t shut up long enough to enjoy the music they are reacting to. How are you going to understand the best parts of the song while you’re having conversation while missing out on the melody, the cord changes, the musicality, and all the rest? When this song was recommended, there was a reason for it. Sit back and enjoy the song then make your comments after it’s over. Then you’ll get to actually hear everything about the song from start to finish. We love to hear what your reaction is, but please get a sense of the whole song so we can enjoy it with you.
They have several other songs that were just as good and nearly as big a hit as this. You have no idea what you’re talking about. And if you want to see how serious their musicianship is, there’s plenty of live performances right here on TH-cam. In my opinion they sound much better live.
Stokely, the lead singer, still records! And..... he's still GREAT!!!!
His solo project is 🔥
STILL a monster
Nooooo! Mint Condition is NOT "a boy band", they are an extremely talented band with top teir musicians, sangerz, ALLLLLL DAT! Y'all need to see em live! And they sangin and playing they instruments for real! FAAAACTZ!💙🎶🎤🎶💙🤗
This not a boy band. This is a BAND
Say it again for the ppl in the back!!! 💯 💯 💯 ❤❤❤
Yas! Yes indeed👍🏽
Thank you. They write, play instruments and sing.
Facts
PERIOD!! Like c'mon now!!
Very unlikely reaction but gotta love it. If this is your intro to 90s American r&b music, you definitely picked a classic
They damn sure did....Dude on the right was all in it...Loved their reaction
Their a live band that makes their own music. No samples all original sound. They made a come back recently and won a new music award. They are great
*They’re a live band
They are amazing live.. they do funk, rock and their own stuff
Mint Condition is a 90's R&B super band. Their catalog is deeeep. Dive in. They are fantastic.
That's not a boy band, that's a band.
They were a full band. Played every instrument live and recorded
They aren't a boy band
They are a funk band who happen to be a direct descendant of Prince..they are from the same hometown ...research..you will be shocked. The lead singer was the drummer who had to step in for the previous lead...
This song will for ever be fire!!!🔥🔥🔥✨✨✨
This is probably the best r&b song to come out of the late 80's to end of the 90's. What Kind of Man Would I Be. Is also a huge song by them and well worth a listen.

Love this reaction
no boy band here gents play all their instruments write music songs even better live to this day
This bloke in the pinstripe is correct and his ears are working. This is a fantastic representation of early 90s R&B.
Yeah he was the drummer at first
Yup, but I can only imagine who they had singing before him. 😂
I think the same thing happened with LTD and that's how Jeffrey Osborne became the lead singer.....
I saw Mint Condition in Hammersmith London. Their drummer was mind blowing, he caused me to appreciate drumming contributions and drumming is a language on its own.
You guys found a 90’s gem
A band from the ninety’s. They played the instruments themselves. Also check out *What king of man would I be* another great song by them!
Pretty Brown Eyes one of my favorites songs! You guys should try "U send me Swegin'" by Mint Condition.
Stokley Williams the lead singer also plays the drums on all the songs on that 1st album. He has a great solo career now. In my profile pic is them. They are great guys
Stokley's vocals 🔥
Now do "SWINGIN'"! 😂👍🏾
💯💯💯
Now you have to hear the lead singer Stokely in “What Kind of Man Would I Be” and “Not Your Daddy” with Kelly Price. ❤
One of my favorite groups...who played their own instruments...not beats machine. 90's music was the best! One of my favorite songs is "You Send Me Swingin"...hope you can do that reaction.
They got a ton of classics, but U send me swinging and Nothing left to say are two i would suggest checking out.
Such a classic! You should check out their song “Nothing Left To Say”
Bro they have some songs ALMOST on that level. What kind of man. Send me swinging. Check them out. Great video
This is my favourite song of all time. Such a talented band. Stokley still my guy till this day. Been playing mint from school days 1991. Still playing it like it's new. Nothing like live instrument's
I’ve loved this song since I was a child ❤❤❤❤
Great reaction guys I got introduced to this song in about 2009 when I was in college an older friend put me on to this group( I was going through all the classics when or before I was born.
Mr Williams is one of the greatest vocalist of all time in his prime
“what kind of man would I be” is another grand song by Mint Condition btw
Mint Condition was Prince's favourite band!
The back up singers are exceptional.
THANK U!! Harmonies and the blends are off the charts💯🔥
Myyyyyy manz ont the right is me while I play Mint Condition while driving, he is in a casual zone "right now!" People will look I crank up rhe volume and most will sing with me! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Its hilarious to see how he laughs in the beginning, like he expects it to be bad, and the transition when you kmow he's feeling it. 😂🤣
A masterpiece I can’t stop to listen to it! Beautiful song!
Not a boy band they were adults and played their own instruments. But you should also hear -U send me swingin-Believe in Us-Nothing Left to say-hell just listen to all of their stuff 😂🔥
From Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis…The Time…aka Prince!
also lead singer Mike Stokey solo hit - she
I love ur channel 💕Pls consider reviewing 1. ORDINARY PAIN (a bad break up) 2. Living For The City (emotional) and 3. Joy Inside My Tears (emotional) by Mr Stevie Wonder they are my top favs by him

Sweetheart Mint Condition got some bangers, you should listen to You Send Me Swinging , What kinda man would I be & Someone to love.
🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️Someone To Love…..is their best!!!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Stokley is sitting in the middle, the drummer & singer, didn't want to sing. He was "just" a drummer. When they heard him they said yo a$$ is sangin! 🤣💓 The guy right behind Stokley is Kerry who married Toni Braxton.
They got even better songs man! This is amazing and the most well know but they got hits on hits
Going to forward this to a couple of the members
Do "you send me swingin'" and prepare to be blown away again
No boy band. This is a band..
The one in the back center was married to Toni Braxton.
They also have the remix that came out with the single in 1991
React to Next-Butta Love
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Toni Braxton husband is in this group
Listen to "You send me Swinging" by Mint Condition
Definitely not a boy band, all musicians
Thanks! ❤

This is THE LAST GREAT AMERICAN FUNK BAND! They have direct connections to Prince and Rick James.
They have several other songs that were just as good and nearly as big a hit as this. You have no idea what you’re talking about. And if you want to see how serious their musicianship is, there’s plenty of live performances right here on TH-cam. In my opinion they sound much better live.
Stokley may have a high tenor voice but in no way does he sound like a woman. Just because you’re British doesn’t mean you know about music.
You guys would like nobody does it betta by mint condition
lol mint condition a true 1 of 1 and the last of the bands
These days anyone can get grammies for putting anything called music #90s
Boy band from the 90s???? Really???
The disrespect!!! Boy Band lol
Never a Boy Band ...😡
Put some respect on their Name lol
