I have just created my own file. It took me 15mins (without the text underneath) + it saved me $20 dollars. That being said, I think that your videos are excellent. I intend on completing the course in 14 days doing one hour of video per day. One hour video is not the same as one hour of work. I'm on day 4.
I know this is an old video But i you wright "Option Compare Text" in the very top of the module, Your Text will NOT be case sensitive.

Case is typically easier to read than multiple nested ifs.
What happens in getTaskRateSelectCase Nested if the salary is between 40000 and 40001?
it will return the tax rate as 0
